This works perfectly for my exercises. I like that it came with a pump and a sheet of exercises with pictures. Very high quality.

Nice quality, easy to inflate, perfect size. I use it 44 minutes every day to sit on a bounce. Has really helped my lymphatic system move. Most enjoyable exercise ever! Also good for stretching.

This exercise ball is great. Is good quality and does the work I need it for.

I bought a large, I am 5’6” it is too small for me. À disappointment, but I will keep it for upper body movement. I would suggest the extra large for those @ my height, and larger. I just ordered the extra large, mu hope is it will be better suited for my needs.

This fitness ball, was easy to inflate, although it had a hand held pump. It is easy to use and my favorite piece of exercise equipment.

Exercise ball is a good quality and stays inflated. However the pump did if fact break, and no longer works. My friend helped me inflate it, but he had to manually inflate the ball 3/4 of the way.. The pump is cheap plastic and didn’t work right from the beginning and the effort to inflate was never easy.
