is 2.5% retinol a lot to use? most products ive seen contain less than 1% and i would not want to over do it. =) Thanks!

All of the products you see on Amazon that claim to be 2.5% retinol are actually .25%. They are using fake numbers to compete with other sellers fake numbers. This doesn't mean that .25% is not useful, but people need to understand what they are buying and using on their skin. Unfortunately, you have to navigate thru all of the hype

It definitely works on facial lines and I will order it again. On sagging skin, I'm not really sure. I use quite a few different products for the neck and chin area from Ulta that seem to be working well.
