Can somebody look at the bottle please and tell me if this is dairy free and gluten free?

Jennifer, the production process for the enzymes used in TriEnza may utilize fermentation ingredients that are derived from or contain gluten, however, these items are either consumed during fermentation or removed during the enzyme purification process. Dairy isn't used at any time in the production process. -Cindy at Houston Enzymes
