I had asked for cash on delivery. The delivery agent refused to take cash and insisted I pay by UPI or return the package. I had never before faced such a situation. I don't use UPI payment and had to ask someone else to pay by UPI.

Improving eGFR and reducing cystatin c levels.
Very excellent formulation. My mother aged 75 using for the last 5 years and no side effects. Cystatin C levels reduced significantly and eGFR improved from 72 to 87 . It's great worth to use along with BP medications like azilsartan. Please take advise of medical professionals.

Wrong product quantity received
I ordered this product. It was supposed to be pack of two. But i received only one bottle at 1000 rs. While it was 2 for 1000. I opened the box later after 10 days so couldnt return. Otherwise it felt like fraud
