Is this item soy-free and soy derivative free?

It's Powered by essential oils and it's FREE from Dyes, Phenols, Formaldehyde, Neonicotinoids, Pyrethrins & Petroleum Propellants. Ingredients are Rosemary Oil (0.5%), Water, Soap and Glycerin (99.5%). I don't know if this item is Soy Free or Soy Derivative Free because I can't find anything on this bottle that says otherwise. This maybe a question for the company that makes it. Sorry, I couldn't be more helpful but thanks for asking.

Can this be used outdoors too?

Yes. This product can be used outdoors. Remember, this is more of a contact ant remedy as opposed to a preventative remedy, but it is an environmentally friendly alternative that works.

With this work a mattress and bed set

I don't know how well this works because the bottle was nearly empty upon arrival. I should have paid more attention to previous reviews. I can not recommend this product.

is this a residual spray or contact kill?

It’s a contact kill but it smells wonderful and is neutral. I love it
