GOOD LIFE JACKET BUT WAY UNDERSIZED
I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THIS LIFE JACKET IT IS BY FAR THE BEST I EVER PURCHASED THERE IS ONE BIG PROBLEM WITH IT THIS JACKET IS WAY UNDERSIZED I BOUGHT A 4X AND I CAN NOT EVEN ZIP IT UP I WOULD SAY YOU HAVE TO BE HARD PRESSED TO EVEN MAKE IT A 3X IF ANYTHING A VERY TIGHT 3X

It is better to be over prepared than under prepared
After seeing the devastation from all the flooding in Huston, TX. and as the old saying goes, "Hide from Wind, Run from Water." I decided to order a Search and Rescue Commercial Life Vest for myself in South Florida. It is better to be over prepared than under prepared. I did not received my shipment until after hurricane Irma because of shipping delays. However, I will have my Commercial Life Vest for next hurricane season or any other freak storms in between. Please note that I ordered 4X based on the previous readers comments and it fits my 2X frame perfectly.

Use a measuring tape before buying
To all the people who are saying the sizes are wrong use a measuring tape and pay attention to the measurements that correspond to the size. I got a large because my chest is 44 inches and its within the corresponding measurement for large. Fits fine.

100mph commercial life vest
this kent llife vest is very well made. but their sizing/and or quality control is way off. I currently wear big XL or XXL but because of other reviews of this vest that stated you need to order a size larger than normaI, i ordered a XXXL size. it fits but it is very tight and it has no room for more than a tee shirt. I rated it a 4 stars for this reason. my other life jackets are XXL size and have a lot of room for adjustment in them, I would have to order a XXXXL to get the same fit. Beware.

Order up a size from what the sizing chart tells you!
We measured and ordered according to the sizing chat. Received it in a timley manner, FITS SMALL. We then ordered another size up and then requested a return on the one that was too small. Even though it was prime, it was not free returns. We elected not to send the small one back due to the out of pocket expense to return it. Now we are stuck with one we cannot use. Great otherwise, just order a size up from what the sizing chart tells you to!
