I've tried a lot of these kinds of products. This is the only one I've found that is comfortable enough for all-day wear. I go commando most of the time, and this stretcher keeps my bag and balls in one place and prevents the dreaded "sticking to your thigh" issue even in a hot climate. The first one I purchased started to tear after two years of regular wear, but I'd say that was normal for such a product. Just bought a replacement. Highly recommended for guys who hang low.

I am very worried about this item. It is certainly not going to last, right out of the package it has small cracks/tears around the top edge. I am worried it will rip on first wear. I'm surprised because I consider OX Balls a quality brand. Wondering if this seller bought a bunch of final sale or "oops" items and is reselling them.

Good for small balls and I feel like I can where it for a long time without it breaking or circulation being cut off. But it isn't too much of a tight fit where if your on the larger spectrum you feel like it might be a concern. My only advice is to obviously use lube or warm water to slip it on rather than bare because you might increase the chance of it breaking although the product is pretty durable.

It says its stretchy - maybe if your are superman and can pull it far enough apart to get your boys in . Geesh Im strong and there was no way it was happening. Owie lol - would I recommend getting one online NO go to a store ask clerk which is stretchy enough to fit around your unit and boys because these stiff ones are so small and not returnable which is understandable. maybe if you are into torture - for what its worth this is second item I have gotten from amazon in adult area that was returned - from now on I go shopping in a store - luckily we have some nearby I understand those who dont have that option and this is it - with that in mind make sure it is the super stretch cause the harder silicone that is not very pliable well you get it

This Oxballs Ballstretcher is the most comfortable stretcher I have ever had. It feels so good! This is one you can wear 24/7. I do. This is also a great stretcher for a beginner starting to stretch their balls to become low-hangers. Keep in mind this will get you started but you will need weight like stainless steel stretchers later to have really low-hangers. This one will stretch your balls down enough in time to do a good job to not have balls that ride high. It is also great for everyday wear to just have your boys bound and in place like they should be ;). It stretches really easy to put your boys in, just make sure you don't get any hairs caught or shave your balls and that will eliminate that totally. It is well made and will last for some time to come. It isn't cheap looking either. This one is bigger than it looks so when it says small, it isn't tiny. It is bigger than you think. Thumbs up on this one!

I definitely fall into the "high and small" category when it comes to balls, so I've always been wary of products like this, for fear that they just wouldn't work for me. When I saw that this one was ostensibly designed for people like me, I decided to give it a try. Definitely one of the better purchasing decision I've made in the last few months. This thing feels so comfortable, and I've worn it for several consecutive hours on multiple days. It isn't fatiguing or straining to wear at all. You probably wanna wear loose underwear with this thing on if you're gonna be wearing it full time. I tend towards jockstraps and briefs, and while it isn't uncomfortable having the ball stretched on in those, it does kind of make your boys sit in a VERY vulnerable position. When it comes to play time, it makes everything so much more sensitive, and it's wonderful. Even better when paired with a cock ring. I'm partial towards the "ergonomic," curvy metal ones, myself, and this fits great over one of those. Absolutely recommended. Maybe not for guys who have a bit more hanging below, but for me this is perfect, and I'd imagine guys with similar anatomy will feel the same.
