I wasn't sure what to expect, but this protein blew me away. MRE Lite actually taste amazing- I've tried vanilla and brownie flavor. It mixes super smooth, no clumps, and it doesnt have that chalky texture most protein have. (BTW I have used lactaid, almond milk, regular whole milk and 2%- all mixed great). What makes this product stand out is how clean it is. I love that its made from real whole foods, not just whey. You can feel the difference- It's easy on my stomach- no bloating/heaviness - and its kept me full for hours. I use it after a workout or as a quick meal when I'm on the go. For the quality you’re getting, the price is totally worth it. Each serving is packed with protein, and it lasts a while because you don’t need to double scoop like other brand. Low sugar, high protein, and great flavor… this one checks all the boxes. Definitely my new go-to protein powder. Highly recommend!

I have been trying to eat more protein in the morning but haven't really loved some of the other proteins I have found that are sort of grainy or have lots of sugar. I have used mre-lite for about 5 containers now and love it. The berry ones do tend to taste a little artificial I usually add some cocoa powder to the shake and it tones it down. That being said, the vanilla, peanut butter and Snickerdoodle all taste really good and dont have the fake undertone.

One of the best tasting protein powders ever! Smooth texture and great ingredients. Definitely worth a try!
