This is just my experience but baaaaaaby, this worked wonders for me. I’ve been dealing with this hemorrhoid since having my twins in 2024. I’m currently 37 weeks pregnant and it’s back. Normally I would just push it back in since it’s kinda small but this time it’s a little bigger and more painful. I ordered this one night and used it, instant relief. I then used it a few times the next day and by the day after it was gone. Swelling went down, it’s back inside, no pain for me at all. I was a ittle nervous well i think we all have these embarassing diffifcult times in life in crazy ways this helped all i can say for Hem/fissure issue did not irritate me or cause allergic reaction very soothing for eh-hem sensative parts decent side not too greasy.

I've tried a lot of hemorrhoid creams and suppositories, and am always on the search for the best product (although I've found some that pretty good). I was attracted to this one because of it's high ratings and the value. I am disappointed the results with this one, as it didn't seem to relieve my itchiness. Some other reviewers seem to complain about the "burning" of other herbal cream remedies. I've used a couple of those products, and the cooling menthol feeling offers me a lot of relief. Having said all this, I was impressed by the responsiveness of the vendor. They voluntarily offered me a full refund and an additional credit to consider giving it a second try. They also made a point of saying I didn't have to update my original review, but I did want to update it anyway because I definitely value customer service. A lot of people have given this a high rating, perhaps I just have a weird butt...

I was heavily pregnant when I was needing some assistance on my bottom. This cleared up all my issues within a matter of days! I just used my finger, instead of the tube it came with, and the lidocaine gave instant relief! Definitely worth it and the feeling lasted for a few hours for me.
