Very happy with results. Used 2x daily. It's suggested to soak toenails and lightly file nails on thickest part. I rarely soaked nails first but used it after shower. Filed them every couple days and scraped lightly under the nail ends to get rid of flaky, softened white stuff. Had good results within first week, nails were smoother, lighter colored, not as thick. Be sure to wash hands after use (sometimes the oil gets on outside of cap/bottle) I inadvertently touched my lips and had redness, pain and burning for a week!

After 15 years of various OTC medications and prescription pills with NO results, I decided to give it another go after reading some of these reviews. I was blown away! After just one week my thickened and blackened toenails were flaking and falling off. In two weeks clean and normal new growth could be seen at the base. Now, a month later, the lower third of the nails look healthy again and the toe pain is almost totally disappeared. I can’t wait to see how they look in six months. This stuff really works - finally !!!

I had high hopes for this since I like the brush applicator, ingredients and oily formula, but have not seen any results. Toenails on right foot still yellow/green and still very thick. Left foot didn’t need it. I’ll probably return.

After applying daily for many weeks on a fingernail that had gotten injured and grew fungus underneath, it gradually stopped the fungus from growing. The fingernail is now beginning to grow healthy, but after months now, still growing out. I was expecting a faster fix. But did not happen. I don’t know if this is the best product, as it took so long. But I am happy with the end result. The best thing is, I did not have to have the nail taken off!
