Second purchase. Rare that a product lives up to promises, but the Highland wash delivers. I have longish, thicker hair, a little dry and some wave/body left. This stuff cleans, leaves hair soft and ready for whatever "product" you want to add--cream or pomade, etc. Also now rarely need to use conditioner (so that saves $). Can use daily, small amount goes a long way. Washes "clean", little fragrance, no fake detergent build-up--have even seen some improvements in my overall scalp health. So much better than drugstore and designer brands. Other Highland hair products really good also.

I’m very picky with my hair products. Especially because this isn’t like the separate shampoo and conditioner. But I used the pomade before and let me tell you it smells great and performs well. My hair is thick and wavy. Using this wash was amazing, smell of rosemary is intense and the lather is amazing, also my hair actually feels clean and not greasy, using hydrating products for you scalp like other brands doesn’t make my hair feel as clean as this wash! I’m definitely impressed with this product and would recommend!

You want genuinely clean and health hair? This is the product for you! Highland’s “The Wash” leaves my hair feeling so soft and clean but never stripped like you sometimes feel with some clarifying shampoos. My hair comes out shiny and smooth and I’m using only about half as much per wash as I was with other big name brands. I started using this a few months ago and have walked away from every other (some pretty expensive) shampoos I’ve tried. It smells incredible and I can feel it working even on my scalp-there is a nice tingle to it. On a weird note, I love how this comes in an aluminum bottle. 100% recyclable so I feel good about our environment while I’m feeling good about how I look. Love the honest and transparent natural ingredients and approach that Highland uses. Trust me, try this shampoo and you will be sold!

I am amazed at the results of using this shampoo over the last 3 months! I'm late 60s and have thinning hair. This shampoo has given me much more volume, texture and control without ANY of the crunchy feel or shiny look. Feels great, even has a light woody scent. I swear it is actually causing some new hair growth as I scrub it into my scalp and leave on while I shower. Absolutely best shampoo I've ever used.

I think I’ve finally found the perfect product. The Wash is gentle enough on my curls that I could easily use it every day without feeling stripped and dry, and being able to wash more frequently without styling nightmares has definitely improved my scalp health. A little goes a long way and, though my girlfriend doesn’t agree, I think the scent is incredible. It’s a little pricey, so you will definitely have to decide if it’s worth it for you, but I like this so much I think I’ll be sticking with it for a while.

The best shampoo I have ever used, it's very effective at cleaning my hair with a low quantity, smells fantastic, and suds really nicely. It feels light weight in the hair with no residue post wash. It has lasted me an incredibly long time, hence making me feel that you get great value for the money. For me, it was a no brainer to stay with this healthy and clean shampoo over others when it lasts so long and performs this well.
