It is Good, it visibly improves the look of dark spots, hyperpigmentation, and uneven skin tone. I like it Very Much. I have used it carefully, slowly, and it has helped my skin improve and look good over time. The Skincare item does even out skin tone well and boosts some natural radiance in the skin. It offers some hydration. I like how it enhances skin texture, and effectively diminishes the appearance of some dark spots and discoloration. It is gentle and has Helped and Improved My Skin and Face Very Much. I like how it improves the look of face skin for a fresher, more better good looking appearance. It helps to improve the appearance of skin. It does well with to visibly reduce the look of dark spots and post-acne marks. It is pleasant, decent, satisfying, nice and effective. I would Recommend this Skin item.

I started using this product several months ago as part of my daily cleansing routine. I double cleanse (banila & co + cosrx low pH), and then use a few serums & essences, including this one. When I wear makeup, I cleanse twice. Usually I do a much lower maintenance regimen at night. I started after having a huge breakout in the middle of a move, a job change, and a diet change. I had heard that snail essences can remove dark spots, and I was skeptical but I had nothing to lose (considering the state of my skin). Before I start, I should say that I have VERY oily skin. I'm in my mid 30s and still get breakouts on a regular basis. My entire face is oily, but my T zone is more oily than the rest of my face. My skin is brown with cool undertones, and I have freckles and hyperpigmentation. My pores were also HUGE when I started using this stuff. I had never had blackheads or cheek acne until this year. This product came right on time, in a small package. The glass container is amber colored, bc light ruins the effectiveness of the serum. I keep mine in my medicine cabinet. Typically, I wash my hands, wash my face, and then wash my hands again before using a BHA/AHA toner, a cosrx whitening serum, and then this. Its tacky, so don't use too much or your skin will retain this tackiness that doesn't sit well under makeup. Less than a dropper full in your fingertips is more than enough. Rub your fingertips together and tap onto your face, then lightly rub it in. It should disappear almost immediately. I follow this with Skinfood's peach sake serum, and then Etude House SPF 50 sunblock. If I feel like I need moisturizer, I add it after the Skinfood. I had A LOT of bad scarring before I used this product, and no amount of exfoliation really faded the scars. I also developed some scars that were newer on my right temple before I started using this product. My scars are all faded. The newest one was the most dramatic change. I went from using pretty heavy makeup to cover the temple scar to using very light concealer. The older scars faded too, but not as dramatically as the newer ones. Overall, my skin is much clearer, and my pores are smaller--although I don't know if I can attribute those things directly to the serum. I will attribute the scar fading to it, because it was the most recent thing I added to my regimen & I noticed a distinct difference after using it. Mizon has great products, and I will be buying this one again.

It was an ordinary day. She had no plans to share this post. No intentions of writing. She was, in fact, quite prepared to spend this lazy day eating leftover carrot cake while watching back-to-back episodes Property Brothers. But then... Then she went to get her hair cut.... (Scene: 24 hours earlier in a local salon in Anywhere U.S.A) Anyone who has skin struggles knows there are certain humbling places. Places where the lighting reveals everything we thought we'd hidden. Perfectly applied makeup separates revealing every imperfection. Unforgiving lighting slants across your skin, illuminating every flaw, past and present. For me, one of those places is my salon. In an instant, I go from "who run the world?" to "who's that trip-trapping over my bridge?" Badass to Bridge Troll. So I sat in the chair, and mentally prepared to confront myself in the mirror. Slowly raising my eyes higher and higher until.... there I was. Except.... it wasn't bad. As a matter of fact, it was pretty damn good! Tilting my face to allow the light to fall at an even harsher angle across my cheek, I was shocked when everything still looked smooth. Never, in the history of facing myself in the salon mirror, has this EVER happened. What was different? I'd been using Mizon's Snail Serum for almost 2 months. Folks were low key amped on it in here, so I figured, why not? I've thrown my money away on worse things. and it was only ten bucks, so. Snail goo! I'm someone who always hopes that things JUST MIGHT BE MAKING A DIFFERENCE like 2.6 minutes into trying it, only to ultimately be let down. So when I once again was feeling like "oh hm, I think maybe this might be doing something nice with me skin...?" I kind of brushed it off as wishful thinking, but continued using the serum. But friends. I looked in the mirror. The mirror that never fails to take me down a peg or nine, and things were DRAMATICALLY different in terms of tone and texture. I am super fair, (or as my Dad calls my skin tone, "fish-belly white") so every scar, every pit, every discoloration shows at full volume. Additionally, I am not someone who gets one teensy pimple now and then. My skin is kinda jacked. (note: yes, I've been to dermatologists, but due to complex health stuff, I'm unable to take most acne medications. Thus my never-ending quest for great skincare.) Back to the Mizon. I was worried it was going to be hella sticky, because.... well.... snail, but I was super pumped that this didn't feel sticky at all, and instantly soaked into my skin. I just patted it into my face and neck like it said, and that was it. I didn't use any other products, because I wanted to really see how this stuff worked on its own. And here we are. Almost two months later. Skin looking way smoother, and a helluva lot more even. I'm now completely obsessed with Korean skincare, and trying out a few more Mizon products. I purchased this ampoule with the intention of adding it to my nighttime multi-step routine. Upon arrival, I noticed that some of the product had leaked out of the bottle and into the surrounding packaging, but not much. Most of the product had been left inside. This product has a slightly yellow color, which actually won't stain anything or show up on your face. It's quite viscous, and I typically use the entire dropperful for my entire face. I use this stuff after cleansing, exfoliating, toner and essence. Initially I was worried, looking at the consistency, that this ampoule would be very heavy on the face, maybe even clogging my pores. However, when I gently apply it over the entire face, it dries/absorbs quickly and leaves no residue. It has no significant odor, and I think works quite well as the intermediate step prior to moisturizing and sleeping pack--not heavy at all. I have read that snail extracts are antibacterial, so my hope is that this ampoule will be helpful in preventing pore clogging and breakouts. I've been using this product every night for about a week now, and really have not noticed any changes. That being said, I think its value will be seen overtime in preventing breakouts and gradual skin texture repair, as I tend to usually have pretty good skin anyway with few wrinkles. The good thing is that I have not seen any detrimental effects from using it. I think this product would be great for anyone who is looking to complete the 10 or 11 step nighttime Korean skincare routine--I have only recently started on this venture about 2 months ago, and have already seen improvement in dark spots and dryness since then. I do tend to be adventurous, and though I overall like this product, I'll probably try something else once this runs out, but will keep in mind that this snail ampoule is available should I need to return to it.

At 32 I had stubborn hormonal acne and dry flaky skin (thanks in part to the dry climate in Colorado) I was tired of constantly fighting my skin and embarked on a journey to get the clear youthful skin I deserved. I was pleased to find that the skin of my dreams in a Korean beauty inspired routine. The best part is that nearly all the products I tried were relatively inexpensive and readily available from amazon. My acne is non-existent now and the tone and texture of my skin is so supple and smooth. I have provided a list of my routine below which includes this product. I’m not saying this is the best or only way to achieve my results, I just thought others would be interested in what I used. *indicates review for this product AM- hydrating, lightweight, works under makeup Cleanser - BOOTS Botanics All Bright Gentle Cleansing Cream (purchased from Ulta for a fraction of the price $6.99) First Toner- Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs and Rosewater, 4 oz. – $7.00 - This is like a drink of water for your face. I love this stuff and will spray again randomly throughout the day whenever I need a refresher. The aroma is a little strong for my liking but (almost like perfume) but I’m willing to overlook since the rose and aloe does so much for my skin. I used to use just straight rose water which has a very present smell but I like the spray delivery of this product better. Moisturizing Toner- [Skin Food] Premium Avocado Rich Toner 180ml –$12.98 - I can’t say enough about this. It’s a nice thick toner much more substantial that the western watery toners I was used to. The smell of this is very bright and green (that’s the best way I can think of to explain it) I love the smell! Every now and then I will smell it on my face and it gives me an invigorating boost. This toner works well to moisturize and calm my skin and will certainly be re-purchasing. A little goes a long way with this stuff so that won’t be for quite some time! Treatment- Body Merry Hyaluronic Acid Serum for Anti-aging with Vitamic C and Natural Green Tea, 2 Oz – $13.99 - I use this during the day to keep my skin feeling hydrated and give my skin the boost of anti-oxidants to help combat ageing. This is a lightweight serum (which is why I use it under my makeup) but it does take some time to fully absorb in and dry on my skin. After I put this on I generally go and have breakfast before coming back to finish. The aroma leans more towards green tea which again I find refreshing for the morning. The syrup is a milky and slightly viscous with minimal stickiness. Eye Cream- Loreal Revitalift Eye Cream 0.5 Ounce (14ml) (14ml) – (Purchased from Ulta) Face Cream- [MIZON] Snail Recovery Gel Cream 45ml (1.52 fl.oz.) Pack of 2 – $9.99/ 2-pack - Lightweight moisturizer which works perfectly under makeup. This product doesn’t’ have much of a smell. The consistency is unique halfway between a gel and a cream. Glides on smoothly and provides a decent amount of hydration when combines with my other hydrating products. I don’t like to use occlusive products during the day and this moisturizer fits the bill. PM-all about Snail- Repair, Hydrated, Moisturize Makeup Remover- Boots Botanics All Bright Soothing Eye Make-up Remover 5 oz. – Purchased at Ulta for a fraction of the price - $6.99 Double Cleanse - [Total 2Pcs] The Face Shop Rice Water Bright Cleansing Oil + Foam SET –$14.21 - The oil cleanser feels light and silky. At night, I massage 1 pump into my skin and works well to dissolve the days make-up. Once I am done breaking down all the makeup, I use water to get some of it off before moving to the foam cleanser. My only complaint is that the fragrance is a little strong and can burn my eyes if I’m not careful. It leaves my skin feeling soft and clean. The foam cleanser works well to clean off the oil left on my face. The foam cleanser aroma is a lot more tolerable to me. It comes out of the tube a shimmery white color and is Very gentle. These two cleansers work well to get my face clean and ready for treatments without that typical tight feeling. They leave my skin soft and moisturized. Exfoliation - Olay Regenerist Microdermabrasion & Peel System Microdermabrasion Treatment 1 Kit - $21.99 - one a week - I used to use philosophy's microderm kit but this one offers the same exact results for 1/2 of the price. This exfoliator leaves my skin feeling baby soft but it does seem a tad harsh so I don't like to use it too frequently. I love the fresh citrus smell of the crystals and the warming foaming action once you put on the activator. Since I only use this once a week it lasts for a VERY long time and is totally worth the price. Toner- [Skin Food] Premium Avocado Rich Toner 180ml –$12.98 I can’t say enough about this. Essence - [Cosrx] Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence 100ml – $15.85 - I only use this at night because it does leave bit of a film on my face which I find unpleasant under make up. It dries quickly and a single pump gives me enough to cover my whole face and neck. There is no smell to speak of but it does have a slimy snail-y texture ( it is 96% slime!) and can be a bit tacky once its all said and done. I have also used this on some iron burns to help it heal faster and minimize scaring with a lot of success. *Treatment- MIZON Snail Repair Intensive Ampoule - Anti Wrinkle - Multi Function Formula - $11.43 - Anti Wrinkle - Multi Function Formula- Clear viscous liquid. Not nearly as slimy as the essence. No smell, absorbs quickly. I focus heavily on the snail products at night because I read that the copper peptides naturally contained in the snail can alter the effectiveness of the vitamin C and vice versa. Spot Treatment- [MIZON] Acence Blemish Out Pink Spot 30ml – $14.95 - Use only as needed – Works wonders to diminish blemishes overnight. I used this quite frequently when I first started but after a while using all these products I didn’t have any acne to speak of! Sheet Mask - Dermal Korea Collagen Essence Full Face Facial Mask Sheet, 16 Combo Pack – $10.40 - I use once a week. I know that sheet masks are the totally hot thing in Korean beauty but I don’t think they do much for me other than a relaxing home spa experience. I just don’t see that they provide much and probably will not be buying more. Eye Cream- MIZON Korean Cosmetics Snail Repair Eye Cream, 1 Ounce 1 Ounce – $13.98 - Light weight, absorbs quickly. The container is quite generous and a little will go a long way. I think I will have this for a while! It doesn’t have any smell. Face Cream- MIZON Black Snail All In One Cream, 2.40 Ounce –$10.49 - Like all of the Mizon Snail products I have tried this is a very easy introduction into the world of snail skin care. It has minimum smell and lightweight texture. Minimal slime factor, you wouldn’t even know it was snail in a blind comparison. It has a off white color and a lightweight consistency. It doesn’t work wall as an occlusive if that’s what you want you may need to add a different moisturizer at night. Face Oils- I use a mixture of two oils applied at once: Radha Beauty Rosehip Oil 4 oz - 100% Pure Cold Pressed Certified Organic . - $13.95 - and Radha Beauty Moroccan Argan Oil for Hair, Face & Skin 4 oz - USDA Organic 100% Pure Cold pressed Virgin Oil From Morocco - By Radha Beauty –$12.95 - I like to use the oils last because I feel like it really seals everything in and provides moisture to last me through the night. The rosehip oil is very yellow orange so I wouldn’t recommend using during the day abut I do sometimes mix the Argan oil in with my foundation if I want a dewier look.

It was difficult to get past the difficulty of using the dropper. I feel it's time for Mizin to change its bottle from a dropper to a pump version. The product itself is ok. Not as moisturizing due to the alcohol level.

I have recently switched from using expensive products (CLARINS, or PREVAGE system or Peter Thomas Roth) products...to the Korean skincare routine. The expensive products were not fixing my skin issues... Even though i took Accutane back in the day which fixed my really bad acne, since then I still dealt with break outs, combo skin, bad texture because of moderate acne scarring, redness, and large pores on my nose. I would NEVER leave my house with out makeup on period.... I have a few Korean and Chinese friends and I started asking about how they manage their perfect looking skin. Lo and Behold, the Korean Skincare Routine enters my life. You can get things just as good a quality for half the price out of Korean skincare lines IMO...the system may seem like a lot of work but once you get the routine it really isn't so bad. Why should we take a moment to pamper ourselves? Prior to using this system even with the expensive products i was previously using i was embarrassed of my skin. Now, if I want to the only makeup i really need to do to quickly get out the door is maybe eyebrows and some mascara... My skin has completely turned around. So much so that my boyfriend has had me start using the products on him and a friend asked me to send her the following routine information. Since my friend has been using the korean routine products (with some modification for her aging skin as she is 50) ....She is so impressed as well. So here is the routine i use for others who have had similar issues...I hope it helps you as it has me.....I do occasionally get like one small pimple around my nose but it goes away in a day and stays so small and NEXCARE acne patches can get rid of it ASAP if you need it they are AMAZING!!!! 1st OIL CLENASING- Banila co Clean It Zero Radiance, 100 ml, 1.2 Ounce to remove makeup 2nd SOAP CLEANSING- CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser, 12 Ounce ... EXFOLIANT (2-3 times a week) Skinfood rice exfoliator (LOOOVE THIS STUFF) or clarisonic with faoming cleanser TONER - 100% organic rose water spray/ or / ( if feel like i might be getting break out) combine in t-zone or separately use Clarins toning lotion for combo skin ESSENCE- Cosrx Galactomyces 95 Whitening Power Essence 100ml for brightening AMPOULE- mizon snail repair (PM) SERUM- Timeless Skin Care 20% Vitamin C Plus E Ferulic Acid Serum, 1 oz (vit c is photo-sensitive ...so sun on it no good if you use this during the day wear sun screen) (AM) SERUM- I need to find a new one but was using CLARINS double serum and will probably be replacing with Missha Time Revolution Night Repair Science Activator Ampoule EYE CREAM - I switch between a few...Clarins eye gel, a hibiscus rose Eye Cream sold on amazon, and just ran out of prevage eye cream..when i am out of all of this i will be purchaing the following Innisfree Orchid Eye Cream 30ml MOISTURIZER AM & PM- Innisfree Bija Trouble Lotion 100ml PM EXTRA MOISTURE instead of innisfree i will occasionally use LANEIGE renewal water sleeping mask DAILY SUNSCREEN - was left in the mailbox.Biore Sarasara UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence Sunscreen SPF50+ PA++++ 50g / Scent of roses (2015 Summer Limited Bag) IF YOU NEED A QUICK BLEMISH TREATMENT- Nexcare Acne Absorbing Cover and maybe a little Tea Tree oil spot treament if you don't want to wear a patch if you are heading out

I had damaged, dry skin from previous over-use of retinol products and stripping acids. You know how when you break your moisture barrier and your skin soaks up your moisturizers way too quickly? Yeah, I had to apply like 2-3 coats of extra moisturizer AND a watermelon overnight mask and my skin would still be dry and flakey in the morning. The light wrinkles I have were getting so much worse, and my skin felt itchy. I got desperate, changed my pillowcase, fixed routine several times to stuff that was as gentle and nourishing as possible and stayed on my routine- but my skin was STILL dryer than it should be. I can't afford to go to the dermatologist, and it would be a few months before I'd get my first GP. Then, I found out other people were having this problem through Tiktok. So I did some research and got this snail mucin late January. Immediately started using it. At first, I didn't notice much of a difference. But when I say keep going, I mean it- consistency is key and this product WILL work if you give it time. For me (and I'm sure my moisture barrier was vEry bad), it took a little less than two months. After using this product (first thing on my skin, twice a day, eventually once a day) for almost two months, my moisture barrier is completely repaired. My skin feels supple even after I stopped using this product in late March, and I'm no longer waking up with dry flakey skin!! For the record, I never changed my gentle routine while I was using this product. I have used the same products the whole time (Vitamin C, Belif, Aveeno), so I know it was this snail mucin doing the magic! I actually am able to get away with using SO MUCH LESS moisturizer on the daily, now that my skin has healed. I continue to have consistently bouncy, happy skin now. Thank goodness for the people who came up with this stuff!

I have received this item with the expiry date for next month. How can you sell something that is about to expire? Very disappointing!

From first Use, you see it's working! I'm amazed seeing my face in the morning, don't see any wrinkles. Face is smooth, Glass like skin. Wow. Why didn't I know about this. My skin on face, where I only used first day, is soft feels plumped smooth and as authentic as the claim. Quickly absorbed when I applied on my face . I'm gonna keep using it. Thank you So Much Mixon
