good brand name quality. not sure about some of the vitamins on here so I went with a name I recognize. I'd rather take my chances with these than something that came from a chinese wet market, so there's that.I actually do feel a bit more energized since i started taking them and some added mental clarity but I'm not a doctor so take that for what it is. you get a lot of them in the bottle too for the cost.

It is difficult to assess the effectiveness of a daily vitamin. These seem fine, but I can't say I notice any great difference in my health from their use. I seem to tolerate them well and find them as good as any vitamin I have tried. They are a fairly large capsule-shaped pill. No taste or odor. They are very hard and difficult to break.

Great , I take 1/2 tablet AM and 1/2 PM after lunch.
The best way that works for me is taking half tablet in the morning and the other half after lunchThis multi vitamin is powerful but too strong for me to take the whole tablet in the morning.Everyone is different so breaking in half and taking morning and afternoon is perfect for me.I definitely recommend it for overall energy levels

Been taking for almost a decade.
Read up on many clinical tests and seems to be one of the more favorable everyday supplements. Hard to know if it’s really working. The pills might be a bit too big for someone with a small mouth or inability to take in bigger consumable obejcts orally . Maybe some users would benefit from an “ultra mini size” tablet.From all the data out there that I have read, seems to be the one that my brain believes to be the most beneficial for my age and health. Doesn’t really have a taste or texture with me, but I’m also pretty easy going on being able to tolerate engulfing bigger size pills.
