Works great. Relieves back, knee, and hip aches. You can wake up and not hurt.

Wonderful product. I apply to my lower back. The pain is gone in a few minutes. I like this formulation better because of the Magnesium oil. I believe it helps but don't really have any proof. I don't dilute the product, which I would do if it was pure DMSO. I just apply directly. My skin has a slightly oily feel which is gone in about 5 minutes. There is also a very, I mean very, faint garlic taste in my mouth if I apply a lot of the product. The taste is gone in a few minutes also. I have recommended this product to friends who have pain issues also. I like this brand, I like this formulation!

The manufacturer seems reputable. That being said, there is a faint garlicky odor that goes away some time after the application. If you're not a smoker or have a decent sense of smell, I think you should surely be able to smell it. It probably doesn't actually go away, but you get nose blind because it penetrates the body. I've heard this from others, that it doesn't actually go away but you can't smell it, however, others can, so that's why I'm going to test it only on days off. There is one thing I did not like - that I can't find the filtering purity clearly stated in the product description. It would really help establish confidence in the product. Just stating "pharmaceutical grade" isn't enough. DMSO is a powerful chemical and it needs to be pure as possible. If someone saw where they stated it and I missed it, please mention it in your review. So, why I bought this product? I've heard great things, both directly (from customers who used it, while working in a retail store in another country, that sold dmso among other things) and indirectly aka online. Directly, I've typically heard about it being used for pain management in chronic conditions. This kind of makes sense because it has a history of being used in race horses for injuries. Online, there are all sorts of claims though. Some I really want to test. I am tardy with my updates, but I DO eventually update my reviews whenever there's something worth updating, so if you're curious, check in a couple of weeks or months. Edit: I have not really been using it because I realized it's so burdensome to use so it just never happens. If you're handling it responsibly, it's too much. Can't touch anything remotely toxic for at least 3hrs after application, can't have anything on my skin prior or it will pull those chemicals in, can't use when you move in public because it might make you smell like garlic, can't be touched by clothes until it dries well, can't have showered with scented soap prior to application, can't be anything but organic cotton to apply with, can't this can't that. Well that's not a very practical "solution" to use for anything ever, is it? I put it on my varicose veins a few times and noticed no difference. That was pretty deflating since people reported miraculous cures and even uploaded photos. I'll keep it in the house for SOS in case of burn wounds, strokes or some other serious emergencies that it's praised for, but otherwise I don't think I'll be using it. Just way too impractical man.

Amazing mix. Love the combination of DMSO and magnesium. High quality. Effective in reducing pain in my knees.

I used this product for several weeks and has no effect.

I sometimes mix my own DMSO with magnesium oil, but this is somehow even better! Just a great combination with multiple benefits, I always notice if I miss a day. I apply topically, for pain and constipation without any itching.

Wanted to stop using this straight away but kept trying to give it a go, I’ve never tried something that cause more pain and discomfort. Very disappointing given the price and I purchased 2, 1 for my mum and 1 for myself.
