Fyi if you hold the red counter down for 10 seconds or so the beeping stops when you count.

I volunteer for an organization that likes us to keep track of individual interactions (number of people served) so that they can use the information in grant applications, etc. It can be hard to keep a count in your head when you may be talking with 100 people over the course of a couple of hours. These counters are very lightweight and unobtrusive (you can turn off the clicking sound so that they are silent) and are great for tracking contracts without intruding on your interactions. Seem to be sturdy and have held up well in my use over the last month and a half.

These digital counters are just what we needed for keeping a total count, to go through chapel, and count of guests in chapel at one time, at the funeral home. The ability to add and subtract guests as they exited is a lot easier than trying to keep a tally on paper. Cut the lanyard off, and they hide easily in the palm of your hand. Silence the beep, and no one knows you even have them. Excellent product, works great, we have been using them for about a month now and no glitches at all.

So I bought a few different clickers for golfing. I like to keep the clicker in my pocket. This is not a good one to do that with. I don't want to hang it from my neck, as it would get in the way. I put it in my pocket and the buttons kept getting pressed, so that is not helpful if you are trying to keep track of your shots. If you leave it on your cart, it would be okay. Not worth it for me.

I bought 4 of these to give to myself and my golf buddies for Christmas. All 4 of us use this device on the course every week. takes a while to figure out the off and on routine and the delete feature but no big deal. Recalling of strokes on the hole means one less thing to get frustrated with on the course. Love it!

I made some modifications to this unit - I will use for golf as I have trouble keeping accurate count of strokes - not sure why that is!! Anyway, you can see, if you look carefully, a small 'bead' of expoy on top of the red, increment, button - this is so I can find it easily without looking when my hand is on the unit - AND, I have placed a bar over the green (decrement) so I don't hit this by mistake - must keep accurate count - which is why I bought this. I took the battery out and shortened the long strap (pulling one end out the battery slot) and tied a knot in the end - to shorten it - then connected the carabineer (blue thing) so I could easily clip on my belt loop. I have not tried it yet but have high hopes it will work as intended for my golf game. The Reset and Power off takes a bit of playing with, but it's OK and will not power on, or off, by mistake.

Worked out great

I use this at the gym to count laps on the track and laps in the pool. It works great and it's so easy to use. I also like the fact that the sound can be easily turned off. It is not waterproof though so I just put it in a small ziploc bag and leave it at the edge of the pool and the bag does well to protect it from splashes and my wet hands.

ordered it for keeping track of fish when fishing, see who catches the most haha
