I purchased this lamp for stargazing; however, I have found many other times that it has been very useful. The lamp is bright, rechargeable and perfect for my needs.

Simple and effective. Love the dedicated Red- and Green-light button. Recharges quickly [uses usb-c, and comes with a small cable]. Is durable. This is my second one, and I’m buying another of the new colors—which are nice options. The light sometimes slips off the headband if you grab the plastic enclosure to take it ‘on and off’. Just grab the headband on both sides instead, and it should be fine. Stays on solidly otherwise. Suggestion: the dimmer function could be programmed with a slight delay at ‘the lowest setting’—when holding to cycle lumens ‘down and back up’. I’ve started just counting the ‘5 or so seconds’ it takes to get to lowest brightness. Great deal. Highly adjustable. Light-weight on the head. Great for kids. And the small push-button light on the back can be removed—or simply repositioned—if you’d like to lay back while wearing. Nice the headband can be taken off to wash. Would recommend doing so before wearing. Light *does* function while charging; curious if it could be paired with a power bank for hikes—maybe put onto a chest or shoulder-pack strap. If there were someday an upgraded version with a longer rechargeable battery life: I would definitely upgrade; but for hiking trips: the other model with replaceable batteries is a great option. As it is: battery is quite sufficient for around the house. . . . Suggestion: I got some red LED-covering films/stickers to cover the blue battery-indicator LEDs; after cutting a square to-fit: was perfect. [Purchased a set from Dave Aspery’s ‘True Dark’ company.] The blue LEDs illuminate down into your eyes each time a mode is changed, and would likely mess with night vision— as well as lower melatonin production and increase cortisol before bed; it’s well-known that blue light disrupts healthful sleep patterns. Would love to see those replaced with ‘red LEDs’. . . . Great product. Thanks!

This is the 3rd Headlamp I've owned. The mechanisms on my last two died. I'm calling this one The Best Ever Headlamp because it has these qualities: *Lovely bright Turquoise Blue color!- not Boring Black. *Much lower price than similar styles. *Recharges off my computer- Yay!- no more batteries to deal with. *Very simple, well designed controls, no extra bells & whistles. *Plenty of light brightness adjustment choices, all good quality. *Lightweight, comfortable, well made strap and parts. (Hopefully it'll last forever and I won't ever have to buy a new one!)

I really liked the light as long as it worked. Green and red light to navigate in dark going to stand, bright white light for tracking, rechargeable, light weight, head light to free up hands. One weak point tilts down so you can see where you are going but after several uses over about 1 1/2 months of hunting it broke a tab where it rotates rendering it useless as a headlight! Will try and reach out to company to see if they will replace the light. For now it is only useful as a hand held which didn’t want. Updated Review… I contacted the company and they referred me to the US Customer service. They sent a free replacement light and did not request the broken one back. I love the versatility of the light and even bought a second one for a friend. Only reason I don’t I’ve it 5 stars is they should beef up the pivot point that broke to avoid that. Also as others have said the strap comes off fairly easy which is annoying nut not a deal breaker. Solid 4 stars for Customer service.

Super happy with this headlamp - bought to replace an EverBrite I broke when messing with a wire. It is comfortable, uses a fabric, not rubber headband, light weight, a great value, if only due to being rechargeable and easy to use. I would buy again.

Bought this for my daughter so she could read at night in bed. The red light is nice and bright so she can see the words and doesn’t affect her night vision. The white light is great for nighttime walks plus the rear light gives me peace of mind knowing it helps indicate her presence to passing cars.

Excellent light. Doesn't look as cool as a lot of other ones but it has a memory function and will turn on directly to the red light as needed. I use this for night fishing and it works great. Green light is nice to if you need something a bit stronger than red but not as bright/blinding as white light. The memory function is easy to use once you figure it out. Basically using either the left or right button, get it to the light you want to use....leave that light turned on at least 5 seconds and then turn off with a quick button press. The memory function only works one side at a time so if you switch from red to white (left vs right button) it will reset. One other caveat is the light (red light for instance) must be left on at least 5 seconds for the memory to work, if you turn it off and on quickly it will reset the memory function. Only thing I would change is making red first instead of green with the white button but I can live with that since it has memory. Overall I highly recommend it.

I love that the light is adjustable. I use this for crafting, so that helps with neck strain. I just wish it held a longer charge! It slowly starts to get dimmer after about 2 hours of usage.

I tested and work great

Very happy with the headlamp. It has 3 colour settings (white, red and green) and they all work well and are bright. The white light has a “flashing” setting as well. I get about 6 hours (approx) of use in between charging. The included charger cable works well and the unit is recharged in under an hour. For you astrophotographers - I bought this headlamp for the red light. It works very well for this purpose and has a tilt mechanism on the light which is handy. The red light seems to be brighter than most others, but this is easily tamed with a strip or two of scotch tape.

They are extremely bright, I bought them only for the red light dedicated light and I was very surprised, had it for a month and so far so good !

Very bright but a little heavy if you’re running. I like the colours and the fact that it has an extra little rear light. If I don’t use these for running, they’re great for tinkering outdoors in the dark or in the shop.

I have owned many headlamps for outdoor activities including hunting. I have owned headlamps that have cost 10X what this one costs. This is an incredibly versatile light. I like the COB LED array, it gives you a nice wide flood !! There is also a CREE LED in the center to give a long light throw. The blue battery indicator lights that others have commented about.......Don't worry, they don't stay on all the time like others would lead you to believe. They shut off about 3 seconds after the light has turned on. The RED LED is very useful for me for two reasons. 1 - It doesn't impact your night vision that much. 2 - For hunting, deer are not sensitive to the wavelength of red light. it is a great light to have in your pack in the deer woods ! Don't use white LED in the deer woods - deer are highly sensitive to white/blue light.
