Things you need to replace, these domes work well for me.

I brought medium and boy am I loving them. I had large and they bothered me, always some discomfort. The smaller size has been wonderful for me personally, they stay secure but now I barely notice them in my ears. Way more comfortable with no loss in performance.

Smaller than expected, but they meet my requirements and fit comfortably in my ear canal.

A larger double layered (like a southern bell skirt) was too large for the ear canal. Just eating pushed them out of the ear. If the ear canal were in a large ear, that larger this one would be too small. In a smaller ear canal, say a child or small build older person, it will fit properly. Humm, are all ear canals equal--size, shape and depth?

Much cheaper to by these than go to a drug store. Work exactly the same.

These are dangerous items. Stay away. They are imported from the UK, so delivery is slow, but that's the least of my problems. They are designed to fit loosely onto the prong that goes into the ear and, as result, fall off into the ear regularly. I use a Kirkland hearing aid from Costco which is manufactured by one of the handful of major hearing aid manufacturers. As a result, I've had to carefully extract the dome from my ear on several occasions and have scratched my inner ear. I finally went over to Costco and picked up a package of domes that snap on and have had no problems since then.
