Surprisingly delicious and only 3 carbs a serving! It’s great for a low carb or keto diet and very refreshing. I keep my Clearly Canadian, 11oz water glass bottles and reuse them over and again. I just add filtered water and always keep about 12 in my fridge. This ensures I always have refreshing, plastic free bottles and I add True Lemon to it and it’s amazing at a fraction of the cost of flavored plastic bottles of water. I also LOVE the natural ingredients without synthetic coloring dyes in this product! I’m very happy with my purchase and I think you will be too. I keep packets in my purse to use whenever I want. Well worth the price, especially these days.

I LOVE this stuff. Tastes great and I'm definitely drinking more water. I used to have problems with slow flow when I'd get blood work done because I wasn'tdrinking enough water. Hasn't been a problem lately.
