I'm writing this review after 5 months of buying this. After 1 month case wasn't charging then i claimed warranty and they gave me another earbuds. After 4 months the replaced product got same battery issue i tried to claim warranty they rejected it saying damaged product. Sound quality is poor. They claim it has metal body but build quality is poor too buds got scratches very easily. Charging is very slow. Overall this buds are overpriced and hyped. Today i brought buds from another brand I hav3 decided not to buy any product of boat!

Worst product was not working right side ear buds in one month replacement of order took two month in which they return empty box

I have been using boat headphones for almost five years rockers series was really good this immortalz series is the worst product that can come up with first time I ordered one and it lasted only a month despite that I thought to give boat a second chance and bought one just seven days back and now it won't charge , the service center support is also abysmal, i am not buying this brand again you shouldn't too. It's just over priced china cheap make please skip this product

I like the boAt Katana Black 2.0 Black colour earphone it give a better sound quality than my previous earphone (Airdop 402) the sound quality and the performance is good it is good for gaming also, there no much latency in audio receiving, total it good for me and the customer service of boAt has improved in a good way I feel good

Such a bad product I’ve recived from amazon no sound quality and any type of features. They just charge a fees for product case & packaging and nothing else. From my opinion don’t buy this product.

I had high hopes for the boAt Immortal Katana Blade 2.0, but it’s been a huge letdown. I already claimed warranty once because the magnet came out after just 3–4 minor falls—something that should not happen with a so-called “gaming-grade” earbuds. boAt did replace it, but now the exact same issue happened again, just a few weeks later. This shows that the build quality is extremely poor, and clearly, the problem hasn’t been fixed in the product design. Earbuds at this price should be able to withstand basic usage without parts falling apart. Very disappointed. I won’t recommend this to anyone looking for durability or long-term value. boAt seriously needs to work on product quality and not just flashy design.

Its bad waste of money i bought this few weeks ago an now the earbuds is not even charging.
