Great product I use it with my abs toning belt and works very well, also keeps my skin hydrated. 2 bottles, 250 ml each, I use few drops of the gel on the pads and really improves my training. I have chosen this particular gel because is paraben free, silicon free and water based. The item came fast and well packed.

Use it on my Slendertone toning belt. Definitely helps releasing pads when finished as then can stick to you a bit. Hopefully it will make the pads last longer too.
