Great phone
Hi, this phone works great. I bought it to use it with a Cell2Jack, and it works perfectly.

Works great!
I have been using this phone for a work at home job along with Panasonic KX-TCA430 Comfort-Fit, Foldable Headset for about two months. The phone works great! The sound is clear and I find the buttons very easy to use and locate without having to stare at the phone. The buttons are large enough and wide enough apart that I am not accidentally hitting the wrong one when my nails are longer. I find it easy to use without having to pick up the manual every time I want to make a settings adjustment. It seems rather intuitive if you have dealt with other types of office phones. I only use 1 line so cannot comment on how it handles multiple lines at once. One of the things I like the most about this phone besides the spacing and size of the buttons is the location of the mute button. It seems to be in the organically correct place and I find it very quick and easy to toggle that on and off. Overall, I am quite pleased with this purchase and would (and have) recommend it to others. The reasons I have not given it 5 stars are because I don't use all of the features so am unsure about how well they work and I found it a little inconvenient that the headset jack limits the headsets you can choose from quite a bit. NOTE: If you use a different headset make special note that you need one that will fit a 2.5mm jack. There are fewer headset options with this size plug.

Great phone!!!!!
I bought this phone to replace an older GE speaker phone which never worked very well in speaker mode. The GE phone did not have caller ID, so I had one of those old stand alone caller ID units sitting on the desk. I wanted a phone with built in caller ID and a speaker phone that actually worked, plus the ability to mute. I call in to a lot of teleconferences for work. I noted a co-worker who always sounded clearer than everyone else calling in. We happened to talk one day and he mentioned this was the phone he was using, so I decided to try it. This phone has been great so far. Works perfectly in speaker phone mode when dialing into teleconferences for work. I can hear great. People on the other end tell me that I come across loud and clear. The handset is fine. The larger buttons make for easy operations. The speed dial works perfectly. It runs on AC so don't have to mess with batteries. The only negative, if you could call it that, is that it's a 2-line phone, and I only have one line, so the display always indicates that the second line is "IN USE OR NO LINE", and that flashes on the display. It was a little annoying at first, but now I don't even notice it. If you could disable that 2nd line when not in use, this phone would be perfect, and it was pretty inexpensive.

Love it.
Just bought this for my home office. And i'm thrilled. It took me a lot longer than it should have to finally find what I was looking for, both for a phone, and for phone service. I tried Magic Jack and Skype. The issues I had with those are that it relies on your computer, and can be slow, crash or not sound right. I needed something independent of my computer. Cell phone service is fine, if you are willing to spend a lot of money up front, which I can't do. I have heard people tell me that I sound far away, or was breaking up. I needed something with more stability. So I got Time Warner Digital Service, independent of my computer, after having a hard time trying to find a land line company. Turns out, many went under, or simply stopped the service, because everything is digital today. I bought a dialer with headset, and loved the concept. But the phone had many problems, including no dial tone, no ringer, and the inability to receive calls, or make them to automated systems. Turns out it wasn't compatible with digital service. I got so annoyed, I did something I never do. I found the best product I could afford, and payed extra for rush delivery. I usually consider rush delivery a waste of money, but I really needed a phone, because my cell is malfunctioning, and if there's an emergency, I hate the idea of being so vulnerable, not having a phone. This phone is as clear as day, works with my digital service, has two lines for possible future growth, speakerphone and headset, large keys and volume control. Now clients will have no trouble hearing me. I love this phone so far.

Updated 6/2017 If you work from home and want a good setup using comfortable gaming headset, get these...
Very nice. Let me start off by saying this: I did have a buzzing noise when I first used this phone, but that was as the phone company was setting up my line and having me test it. As soon as they connected the grounding wires to the boxes (outside), the buzzing noise went away. I work from home, so it was important for me to have a good and easy to use phone with a few features. The speaker phone is crystal clear, the handset is as well. I am using a headset through an rj9 adapter so I can use my Logitech gaming headset (much more comfortable than the standard call center style headset), but this phone does have a 2.5 mm port for headsets as well. I am only using one line at the moment, so line 2 stays lit up saying it's "not in use or not connected". Not really an issue; it doesn't distract me or anything. The caller id screen lights up so bright that I don't really mind that the keys are not back lit. I'll be buying a few more of these phones as backup in the near future. Update 2017 About a year ago, I found the Headset Buddy Female RJ9/RJ22 to Male 2.5mm Headset Adapter (RJ9-PH25) and have been using my Logitech G430 Surround Sound Gaming Headset with Dolby 7.1 Technology headset. It actually works better than any setup I've had, and the range of sound gives me higher highs and lower lows than a previous setup that included a Jabra amplifier. I no longer use the amplifier and have better control over the volume of my calls (both microphone and speakers). Update 6/2017 Yeah, still 5 stars. I have no complaints about this phone. When the power goes out, the screen doesn't work anymore, but the phone does still work. If you work from home, this is the setup I had that worked so well... AT&T ML17929 2-Line Corded Telephone, Black Logitech G430 Surround Sound Gaming Headset with Dolby 7.1 Technology (don't get the USB version, although this comes with a USB adapter for computer use) Headset Buddy: Female RJ9/RJ22 to Male 2.5mm Headset Adapter (01-RJ9-PH25) VONOTO 3.5mm to RJ9 Audio Adapter Cable - 3.5mm audio female socket to RJ9 Modular Plug Adapter Cable for connecting your own Analog Headphone to chat With this setup, you won't even need the amplifiers that some of those companies send, customers won't be asking you to repeat yourself and you won't have issues hearing them, and you'll be using a very comfortable headset that's far better than any of the call center headsets out there.

Caller-ID issue and lcd screen issue 05/2014
I just received this item last week, and other than a Caller-ID issue I am happy with it thus far. It's bigger than it appears to be in pictures, the oval key-pad buttons are quite large (bigger than a nickel, smaller than a quarter), and the snap-on base for desk-top use holds the base at about a 45-degree angle for easy viewing of the LCD display and dialing (but this also makes the telephone appear to take up far more space on a desk than it actually does, and obscures the area immediately behind the telephone.) Pro's: - easy to program; - very clear, crisp sound on both speaker and hand-set; - very clear, well back-lit and easy-to-read LCD display. Con's: - no Caller-ID light to indicate calls received; - in-coming calls fail to display in "New Calls" (the default LCD display) and only display in "Call History", meaning I have to open menu, then call history, and then each specific line number to see if I've missed any calls. I'm pleased with most aspects of this telephone, but the jury is still out on the Caller-ID issue and hence whether or not it will be returned. ****** Update April 26, 2014: After 15 months of home use, the LCD screen on this telephone is starting to degrade, losing thread-like horizontal lines of display (as has happened on every other AT&T phone with an LCD display I've purchased in the past few years.) If it follows the pattern of my other AT&T phones, within months the LCD display will degrade to the point it will become unreadable. For that reason I'm lowering my four-star rating to two stars, and I would not recommend this telephone. ******* Update May 19, 2014: I was overly optimistic about how fast the LCD screen would degrade; in little more than three weeks since my previous update, the LCD screen has degraded to the point that two out of the three lines displayed are almost unreadable. Therefore I am changing my rating to one star from the prior two stars.

Great Phone - Just Didn't Work In My System
This is a great phone with great features at a very good price (for what it offers). However I have a VOIP service (voice over internet) on one of my two lines. I have an ATA (Analog Telephone Adapter) from Obihai (OBI 202) and also tried an ATA from Grandstream. Both produced significant low frequency hum (120 Hz??) when connected to either line of this phone. The hum was present on BOTH lines (my other line was a standard AT&T home phone line) if the ATA was connected to this phone. I contacted AT&T support for this product (AT&T support was very good - wait times less than 2 minutes on each of my several calls - knowledgeable techs). After a lot of trying things, they said this product was not compatible with an ATA. Note that I tried two DIFFERENT ATA's from two companies. I also tried returning my original phone and getting a replacement in case my specific unit was defective. But the problem persisted. Note that my previous phone (an old AT&T phone) worked just fine with the ATA. I tried looking for another phone that had the features this one had. Even phones costing $100 more could not match this one with regards to the features I considered to be important. So I am still using my old phone and probably will for the foreseeable future.

Great Office/Home Phone
This phone is great for working from home. You can use the speakerphone for hands-free operation and a mute button for conference calls. You do need a DSL filter when using a landline. It even can be used with a headset as well. Just make sure you get a compatible headset.
