I’ve tried a lot of energy drinks over the years, but this GHOST Energy in the Welch’s Grape flavor has quickly become one of my favorites. The first thing I noticed was how clean and smooth the energy feels. With 200mg of natural caffeine plus L‑Carnitine and Taurine, it gives me a steady lift that actually helps me get things done: daily chores, gardening, or powering through a workout. I don’t get the jittery spike or crash that some other drinks give me; it’s more of a focused, sustained boost that helps me stay on task longer. The flavor is genuinely awesome. It tastes like a grown‑up version of classic grape juice: bold, nostalgic, and not overly sweet. I also appreciate that there are no artificial colors, and the formula is vegan and gluten‑free. It fits well with a health‑conscious routine without feeling like a compromise. The cans are convenient to grab on busy days, and the 12‑pack makes it easy to keep a few chilled and ready. It is great value for the money, no sugar content, and Ghost provides a variety of flavors. I also recommend Swedish Fish, Bubblicious, Cherry Limeade, Original Colada, Peach, and Blue Raspberry.

This energy drink is a fine replacement for Rockstar Pure Zero Grape, which was my fave until Rockstar flipped me the birdie (again) and stopped making it....grrrr! The Welch's has that classic Welch's grape juice flavor to it, but not too sweet, and just as tasty as the Rockstar, which was awesome (which is why they quit making it...do you detect some bitterness on my part lol?). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This energy drink has a really good flavor. I will definitely order these again. Sufficient caffeine level. I can't believe this is sugar-free.

This flavor has quickly become my favorite energy drink. It tastes like grape jelly. Makes a great mix for PB&J Shots as well. Wish they had a version that didn't have caffeine so I could keep drinking it without worry of a heart attack!

Have found these at a reasonable price and can get the flavors i like much easier

The only thing that holds me back from buying these all the time is the price. They’re definitely on the expensive side, so I usually wait for a sale before stocking up. When the price drops, they’re an easy pick because the flavor is honestly that good. Overall, if you like grape drinks and want an energy drink that actually tastes like real Welch’s grape juice, this one is a winner.
