This Mblaze L-carnitine I'm disappointed after buying this capsules.Actually I ordered this for the first time from Muscle Blaze. But I hardly trust Indian brands in edible supplements.Actually I didn't know how to check authenticity so I contacted Mblaze customer care, first they're very rude / loud that you can't speak to them , secondly they'll not listen to your query.So eventually my experience is very bad with this brand. And if customers have any doubts about any items we can ask questions to the brand we ordered, don't know why to be rude to answer to customer. Muscle Blaze should take care of it.

I have been working out since January 16th. I was 71 kgs & remained constant despite of intense workout 4 days a week, I couldn't get rid off my fats.I was around 70.65 in April 3rd, I took this since April 10th and since then I have lost weight faster. This morning I checked my weight it was 68.75. So yes, it did work for me, but I also did little changes in my diet (rice), now I mostly eat half of what I used to and I still workout 4 days a week at gym for around 90 minutes each session. I'm taking one tablet after before workout with coffee and second tablet after lunch or brunch.It'd have been better if each capsule was around 1000mg.

I m using it from last six days. I do strength training with compound exercise and 15 min HIIT cardio after that. My calorie intake is in deficit. I lost almost 800gm in six days. But whole issue is how feel after taking this pill. First of all I take one pill after my breakfast, I feel unpleasant in my stomach all daand feel so heavy inside belly. Second I m sweating a lot before during workout. Third and last I become insomniac it is hard to sleep after taking this pill. So conclusion is yes defenatly it's a good supliment although u hv to sacrifice for ur sleep and unpleasant belly....

After seen the all Reviews and product details,I decided to Buy this Product.I used this L-CARNITINE L-TARTRATE from 3rd august 2020,That Time MY BODY weight was around 85.40 kg and yesterday i was check my weight its 81.24 kg.Some people are saying take two capsules or three capsules per day.( its very Harmfull for your body and for your muscles,Your muscles will reduce if you do this)But truelly i just want to say take one capsule in every day before workoutAnd make your diet plan Also.Low Carbs for Monday to WednesdayThursday high CarbsFriday to sunday No or low carbs .Then see the 💯% Result will come in ur body🤜🏻🤛🏽Thanks to Musclesblaze for giving us a good Product.
