I was scared to order something online this big and not sure how it would feel or anything because this is something you normally want to test out first! But omg this couch is so nice all boxes came together in same day only 5 days after purchase!! Came in 6 boxes all wrapped well and secure .. all the reviews I seen didn’t say they have kids so we will see how the quality hold up with 3 kids and a huge dog ! Instructions suck but easy to build has 6 power plugs , Bluetooth speaker is really good for a couch , I bought the 4 piece so the are different colors around the cup holders while laid down not a huge deal, kids love the massagers it’s just a louder vibration but they fight over them I couldn’t post a video of the sound of them cause I can only post 1 video but they are a little noisy not terrible but can hear it come on in other room but I have a wood floor so maybe that makes it louder , the small lumps are the massagers for legs I don’t really feel them but they are located where my hand is, overall this couch is amazing so far time with tell how sturdy it is against kids but arms lock in with medal brackets but when kids lean over it moves a little so it worries me but all medal brackets that slide in and snap together, led lights built in so only have to hit the bottom on the armrest to turn on, overall I’m excited I got it everyone I have sent it to or came over and seen it says wow that’s fancy! Well worth it the electric recliners work great and looks nice ! Don’t hesitate it’s a good buy

I received this in 4 boxes 2 at a time. I was very pleased with how well they were packaged and how super simple it was to put together by myself. It is a very nice couch. The only downside is the massage isn’t really massage, it’s just vibration. It’s still a very nice feature and a very nice looking, comfortable couch.

Recieved everything early. No damage. Easy to put together. Everything worked. Beautiful love seat. Very happy with my purchase.

Its not a bad bargain for a reclining heated couch. Is it the best quality no. Is it what I paid for. Yes mind you im paying about 800. Key note! Takes up 6 electrical outlets for everything.

I bought the loveseat, couch and recliner. I am in love with this set. It is very comfy. The heat is just on the lower back and does feel nice. Not as warm as my heated blanket, but it is nice. The “massage” is more like a vibrate, but it’s ok. The leather is very soft and plenty of cushion. Was easy to put together. The packages came separately and I got a few packages with every delivery. Customer service was great to talk to and very responsive to my questions. I definitely recommend this set with no hesitation.

This piece of furniture is deceptively bargain basement quality. My console on the loveseat blew, and made two large bangs. After that, the “furniture” went to hell. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT’S TRYING TO DO TOO MUCH AT A CHEAP PRICE POINT. Mine lasted a little over the A to Z guarantee, so pretty much after that, you have to deal with the seller directly. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. After politely asking for a refund, they decided to just send me the part that blew, without my permission. I told them I didn’t want the part. Just a refund. Now I have even more of a loveseat in my house that I don’t want. I am physically challenged. How am I supposed to do this alone? The kicker is that they offered me like 50 dollars to get it fixed. Unacceptable. We all know that even that amount of money won’t cover a cost to fix something like this. After calling and calling Amazon and them telling me they will resolve the issue, I was told that a refund could be given if I pack up the items in the original packaging. 😆 So, a physically challenged person is going to do this? Plus, in the original boxing that’s been gone from my house for at least a month? I’d avoid doing business with these clowns at all cost. The sad thing is, they are hiding behind a 2 month warrantee. Don’t buy this.
