This is a review of "GTMS Plant Based Chipotle Vegan Mayo - 1 Litre Bottle - Spicy Smoky Chillies & Lime - Vegan Mayonnaise Made in the UK, Free From Gluten & Dairy". First thing that strikes you is the sheer size of this bottle - a one litre bottle of mayo is far bigger than what you see in most supermarkets. I am not a vegan and wasn't sure what to expect from this vegan recipe - but it is lovely. Rich and creamy but with a proper kick from the Chipotle. Really nice with chips and also chicken - all I've tried it with so far. Might seem expensive initially for mayo at just under a tenner for the bottle, but remember it's a huge bottle and will last most folk for ages. - - - - - - - - - - Note: As a member of the Vine program I was supplied with this item free of charge. Ok, so I'm rating these sauces as 'pretty spectacular' and an easy 5 stars! The flavour is spot-on, it's creamy, yet spicy, smoky yet subtle in all the right areas. It doesn't have an overly sticky feeling, which a lot of these plant-based mayonnaise-style sauces do. I really struggle to tell the difference, so would be shocked if anyone else was able to. The containers are great too - generous in size, good secure lids and a nice squeeze to the bottles too. These are absolute winners at BBQs and being able to serve everyone the same condiments, regardless of whether they are veggie, vegan or anything in-between makes everything a lot easier. Very impressive!

This chipotle mayo is amazing - it’s fantastic as a dip or mixed with tuna for a sandwich filling. It’s good that it’s suitable for a range of diets and the bottle contains a huge 1L of mayo. It’s bigger than my usual mayo but it’s not difficult to handle as it’s quite light in the plastic bottle. The mayo is out of this world - it’s spicy, smoky and creamy. It’s not cheap, priced at £9.49 (at the time of review) but I think it’s well worth it.

This is my first time trying Chipotle mayo, but not my first time trying vegan mayo. It arrives in a generous sized 1 litre bottle, and the product itself is thick, creamy and the flavour is relatively spicy, with what seems like a smoked/sweet background taste. The mayo is both dairy and gluten free, which makes it suitable for my whole family to use, I wouldn't say that there is a noticeable difference to non vegan mayo, other than its possibly a little thicker, which is actually a bonus. Overall its a very pleasant product, which I've enjoyed trying, and I'm happy to recommend it.
