My letters charm is what I wanted to personalize my bag. Many people inquired about where did I purchase. It added a very stylish look to the bogg-bag. However, the top part of the initial kept curling out. I just put a little super glue so the curling part works stay firm.

Second purchase of the initials in two weeks! Great product, quality material, came in time frame stated. Feels study and inserted into both a real bogg bag and the dupe I ordered from here on Amazon easily without any fuss. The color is exactly as photo shows!! Will paste this review for the flower charms ordered also, love those as well. My daughter and I now have matching mommy and mini bags with initials for a very reasonably good price. Picture is of XL bag size
