I have only been taking this suppliment for a 2 weeks, but I have noticed that my energy level is better. I am excited to see if the collegen and hyaluronic acid will slso start showing a difference. I thi k it's too early to tell. The pricecwas good and they came pretty quickly. The best part is you only need 1 capsule a day. Which is great if you take a lot of suppliments.

This product really does work. Was taking it prior to blood work being done and my report showed my B level way high. LOL Go figure. I wrote this for those who wonder if supplements actually have the ingredients they claim. This one obviously does. :)
