Are they lifetime guaranteed

Yes, these pliers fall under the limited lifetime warranty with CRAFTSMAN.

Will this cut a pattern in 304 stainless steel netting?

Yes, the CMHT81646 will work for cutting 304 stainless steel netting.

Is this product made with lead?

Okay, as tools don't generally have ingredients listed so this is just a guess but I'd say lead is a relatively soft element, something you wouldn't want in this product. I'm leaning toward heat-treated vanadium steel.
