What is the thickness of this pasta?

It’s an amazing pasta. I guess 1/4 inch. It’s so good!!!

Anyone know what % squid ink (the 'nero di sepia [contiene molluschi]') this pasta has?

I don’t know the percentage but this pasta thou it’s a little expensive is out of this world. It’s more about the quality of the wheat they use. When making a dish, you would normally add squid or cuttle fish anyway.

Why is the product label different from the official website?

Not sure about that but the product is great!!

I don’t have packing any more but it was no unique lower or higher carb than any other pasta. It is delicious!
