My favorite lip gloss.
This lip gloss is moisturizing and the perfect shine. It has a light, non-sticky texture and the sheer color is subtle. The applicator is soft and covers your whole lip for quick application. I use it instead of chapstick most of the time! The only con is that it does leak if it's stored in its side (like in a makeup bag) so it's a countertop item for me.

Easy to carry packaging, not sticky, and the minty scent is refreshing. The applicator is the real star, and the glossy finish is satisfying without being over the top. A solid buy if you want a nice lip oil without spending much.

Great gloss but not a true lip oil product
Sticky. Doest last. I bought 4 lip oils that week in neutral colors bc was new trend. Neutrogena hydro boost lip oil wins by 1000%.( I do not get paid by anyone btw,) ....lol yet.. I kept hearing about lip oil on Jeff Lewis live with Melissa Gorga. The product they talked about for over 10 minutes she did not sponsor was not to he found so I bought 4 other cheap, suggested options to get a lip oil that was not sticky and also moisturized. This product was not it. It has a nice shine but offers no moisturizing aspect. Lip oils give shine and by oul definition...moisture. this elf is all shine with tacky clump on the back end. If you want a great gloss....get this! If you want something that does it all like lip oil is described....step away. I love elf for many things, but this is not one of those products that stands out.

A nice lip oil!
Despite a lot of the negative reviews this lip oil has been perfect for me. It's long lasting, sticky enough to stay on and not disappear like a typical lip oil and it also doesn't create that white line easily! My only downer is that the one I got in the same shade from another store is a completely different colour to the Amazon one but the this Amazon one is the same colour as the Elf website! So what happened there I wonder?! Anyway, as you can see there is no tint to my lips, it's just like using a regular clear gloss. I als haven't noticed any smell to it like people mentioned so I think I'll keep this on the subscription as long as it stays affordable compared to buying elsewhere.
