I love their lighter coloured nectar, THIS is even better! And not so bad for you as refined sugar and has less calories. I will certainly keep buying this. It’s good for cereals (porridge, etc) tea, coffee, etc, and I use it in my own recipe cocktails if I want something sweet (tip, a little in whisky is wonderful, but try anything - I do, lol). Great price too compared with all the others!

It’s all about the taste!
This stuff is lifeeeee! Tastes amazing. By far one of the most used ingredients on this dr Sebi food regime that I’m on. It makes the whole diet more bareable since I cannot eat syrup, honey or sugar. It should come in a larger option and the it can get a little leaky therefore sticky. It’s all about the taste though!

Light sweet taste
I tried The Groovy Food Company Organic Rich & Dark Agave Nectar (250ml) and it’s quite a handy alternative to sugar or honey. The taste is quite mild but slightly richer than the light version, so it works well in tea, baking, or drizzling over porridge. The bottle is a decent size and easy to pour without making a mess. At £5.70, it’s not the cheapest, but you are paying a bit more for it being organic and easy to use. If you’ve got Amazon Prime, the free delivery and 30-day returns make it less of a risk to try. Overall, it does the job well and is a simple, natural sweetener to have in the cupboard.
