My son has used this mouse with his Lenovo laptop and it does not respond to clicking left or right buttons to open applications. Why is this?

A double left-click is required on an application icon to open the programme with my Hcman mouse.

What colours can i set? does it only have the 4 colours? or can i have yellow, green orange etc.?

Currently there are only four colors to choose from, and there are no other colors such as yellow, green, orange, etc.

Does the mouse have a 400 dpi option?
