Broke on first use. The end just came straight off and we were only moving grass out of the way. Nothing heavy or pressure being put through.

This is an extremely useful tool, especially for disabled and/or elderly folks with poor hand function who have difficulty reaching and grabbing objects. I use it around the home to get things from high shelves, and also in the store to grab products that are out of reach. The telescopic function of the tool means it retracts nicely when not in use. It can also fit easily into a small shopping bag. I like this tool so much that I have a couple of them. I highly recommend this product.
