I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED WHEN I RECEIVED THIS ITEM BECAUSE THE SIZE LOOKS WAY BIGGER IN PERSON! THIS IS FOR AN EXCELLENT PROJECT I AM DOING. I TESTED IT’S TENSILE STRENGTH BY TRYING TO PULL THEM APART AT EACH END AND IT REALLY HELD UP. I WOULD DEFINITELY SAY THAT THIS PRODUCT IS STRONG, DURABLE, AND I KNOW IT IT’S GOING TO LAST FOR A LONG, LONG TIME. I JUST LEARNED THIS TODAY BY LOOKING OVER REVIEWS THAT THIS CAN BE USED TO STUFF A PLASTIC EGG WITH SOME MONEY FOR AN EASTER EGG HUNT.!! ADDITIONALLY, I AM GOING TO BE USING A FAIR AMOUNT OF IT ON A PROJECT OF MINE. I AM PAINTING A NATIVITY SET AND THE MANGER IS LARGE AND WHITE CERAMIC PIECE. ASIDE FROM ADDING MYOWN PAINT, THE MANGER WILL HAVE A STRAW ROOF, AND FLOOR, AND WHEREVER I FEEL IT BELONGS. I HAVE SEEN AKWARD MANGERS FOR SALE, MADE OF BRICK EVEN!! THAT DOES NOT FIT THE PICTURE OF WHAT THIS MANGER IS. IT WAS BARELY A BARN WITHOUT ANY COMFORTS, AND NEXT TO ANIMALS. THAT MANGER DESERVES THE CORRECT DEPICTION, BECAUSE IT IS THE CRUX OF PEOPLES RELIGIOUS RELIEFS. I HAVE SEEN THIS STRAW/RIBBON USED TO DECORATE THINGS SUCH AS FOR A GIFT.OF FINE WINE OR AGED ALCOHOL. THIS PRODUCT LAYS ON TOP OF THE STRAW AND IT IS LIKE GIFT WRAPPING OR DISPLAY. OTHER USES CAN BE TO DECORATE OR BECOME A PART OF A FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS. I AM MOSTLY USING IT ON THE MANGER, BUT REMEMBER THAT THIS IS EXCELLENT FOR KIDS WHEN DOING ARTS AND CRAFTS. I THINK THAT NO MATTER YOUR USES, OR ANYTHING YOU CAN DREAM UP, THAT THIS RAFFIA RIBBON/STRAW IS BEAUTIFUL TO USE, AND I BELIEVE IT WILL LAST FOR QUITE A LONG TIME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!! A++

Wow! I love this raffia grass. I needed it for a small nativity. It’s so much prettier than I expected and well worth the price. There is a lot in the package so I’ll be able to use it for other projects.

It looks to be good quality raffia im going to be doing cultures this week end so I'll know more when I open the packages

I wouldn’t order this brand again. It arrived in a vacuum sealed bag and even when opened, it stayed crushed and hard to use.

It was great. At first I didn't think it would be because it was shrink wrapped but after I opened it up it came back to live. The other two I can put it away until I need it knowing that it will not dry out nor will it get moldy or mildew before I get to use it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stars from this crafter!! 🥳

I bought this to use as a straw effect for a scarecrow Halloween outfit and it worked a treat! Quality is good, it holds its shape well and easy to pull apart for the desired look. This would definitely work well for gift baskets, like its intended purpose is for! You get a lot for the price you pay so definitely worth it.
