This Colloidal Gold is strong. I only need to take it 2 times a week, under the tongue for absorption. It has an ethereal quality to how it feels when I take it. I would say this is a good value.

I’ve been going through so many changes I can’t tell if this is what is responsible or maybe some other things. I got a headache for about a week when I started using this, but I’m not sure if it’s because of this or if there’s some kind of die off. I never get headaches
