Fun kit to build, sturdy joints for action poses. Beam rifle with blast effect is a bit heavy for certain poses without adding padding to joint.

Recommend this kit
Great kit, fairly easy to build with instructions (took 3 hours sitting down). Very poseable, very lightweight for the size. Love it! Be warned, a few of the parts require extra force to put together.

Bought for my husband who’s new to gunpla, and he had a great time building! Highly detailed but not an overwhelming build and looks amazing! Highly recommend for any Witch from Mercury fan!

Awesome built. Nicely crafted. Just as good as a regular MG with a difference this one does not have an inner frame. Apart from that, the way it is shipped…. Come on!! It was shipped in the box the runners comes in, the shipping label pasted on it, no damage tho. But it can be if keep continuing this practice

I've bought several of these. Mostly because I'm bad at scribing, but also because I just like the kit. Purchases will continue until another season of Witch From Mercury is produced.

水星の魔女シリーズ初の1/100スケールとして登場した本キットは、幅広い層を満足させるに足る名作だった。 私見ではあるが、このキットのよさを3点にまとめれば、以下の通りである。 1 組みやすい 程よいパーツ数による絶妙な構成で、ガンプラ暦の浅い子供から老眼に悩み始めた大人まで、楽しくストレス少なく組み立てることができる。 1/144では極小パーツになっていた部分も、1/100ならピンセットなしで扱うことができる。 2 塗装しやすい 巧みなパー分割のおかげで、塗り分けの必要箇所が極めて少なく、消すべき合わせ目もほぼない。 更に、白装甲パーツのほとんどがアンダーゲートである。 したがって、最も面積の多い白パーツに時短ランナー塗装が可能なのである。 （添付画像2は白装甲にホワイトシルバーをランナー塗装したものである） パーメットスコアを上げると赤くなる部分（添付画像3）は凹凸のあるメッキパーツなので、そのままでも、よいが、スコア6の色に変えるのも楽だ。 1/144ではシールだったため、改造に苦労した人が多い部分である。 3 ポージング自在 近年のガンプラなら標準装備になりつつある肘・膝の深い屈曲は半ば当然。 股関節周りも外見を保ちながら開脚も内旋・外旋も可能。 爪先部分が曲がることで足先で変化をつけられる。 そして、肩の基部パーツの多方向可動。 更にはわずかながら前腕部にも可動ギミックが仕込まれている。 これだけそろっていれば、思うがままにポージングすることができるだろう。 一方、難癖をつけようとすればつけられる箇所もある。 例えば、先述したアンダーゲートを「めんどくさい」と感じる層は一定数いるだろう。 付属のマーキングシールは情報量を増すのに効果的だが、「水転写デカールにして！」という声が上がることは容易に予想できる。 とはいえ、価格と供給数から、最大公約数的に最適解と言えるバランスだと私は解釈している。 ライト層は組んだだけで満足でき、少し凝りたい層はマーキングシールでアニメを越えた解像度を手にできる。 そして、ディープなガンプラモデラーには手を加える余地をしっかり残している。 もっとモールドを加えたいとか、プロポーションを変えたいとか、市販あるいは自作デカールを使いたいとか、自分色に染めたい人にとっては恰好の素材であろう。 「1/100を作ってみたいけどMGは難しそう」と敬遠している方、このキットで新しい扉を開いてみてはいかがだろうか。
