Absolutely worth it
I've tried a lot of Kinesiology Tapes: FlexU is my favorite by far. It is a bit thicker and sticks longer than others I've tried. It stays on through showers and swimming: usually 3-4 days for me. I don't find that the stretched areas curl and stick to my clothes like thinner brands do. The adhesive comes off fairly cleanly, which is so often not the case. Do make sure that there is no tension on the ends where you attach it or you could end up with blisters. I've been using this for years for both of my knees (osteoarthritis) and my ankles/feet for plantar fasciitis and peroneal tendonitis. I'm a nurse and I'm on my feet for long shifts: this makes them bearable. I definitely notice a reduction in pain and the sensation of support.

More effective than I thought it would be
For a first time user of K-tape, I very much liked this. Being precut helped as I was new to using this. There has been a couple of times where it did not stick, not sure why as legs were clean and dry. As the ends would lift up I would just trim it off. As far as helping with alleviating pain...OMG, this works!! I shattered my right knee about 7 years ago, have had a bone graft due to a non-union and then finally the surgical steel plate and 17 screws removed. I have a custom brace to use but it cannot be worn over jeans and thus did not always wear it. My knee would often just give out on me and there was constant pain. I watched some videos on placement of tape for a full knee and then put it on myself, the pain relief was instant. I cannot tell you how ecstatic I have been!! Then I decided to use it over areas of the left hip and leg where I have lived with chronic nerve pain post motor vehicle accident in 2002 (pain is like fibromyalgia or diabetic neuropathy). It feels like a constant burning from the hip down. Since then I have been on pain meds for pain management. Bottom line, using this tape over areas that have the most pain has helped. The pain is not completely gone, but I have hopes the use of this tape will help me to eventually have the medications completely gone!! I have used other tapes as well but so far this seems to be the best for the knee area. I like that the edges of it does not fray, as other brands do.

Great tape
Skin colored tape works great and sticks on well ! Make sure skin is cleaned first or it can come off easier

Love this Tape
I am a former sport competitor and currently mainly riding mountain bikes. Couple of years ago I have had a tear in one of the quadriceps muscles at the front of the thigh and since then experiencing a continuous pain that range from mild discomfort to a severe pain and inability to walk. Have tried numerous treatments and none of them fully healed the pain. In the last months I'm using Kinesio tapes that facilitate the body’s natural healing but most of products suffered weak adhesion and didn't last long. I'm using this tape for the last three months and it simply does the work - convenient to use, exceptional strength, fair price and most important NO MORE PAIN!!!! My girlfriend thinks the black tape is kind of sexy on me but for her she would prefer it in pink. Wonder if you guys have an intention to provide it also in feminine colors such as pink.

Worth every penny
I live with moderate lower back pain on a daily basis. I thought I'd give this tape a shot, basically running a strip across my lower back, and then a few thinner cut strips about 1/3 up each side of the spine. I have no idea how a piece of tape can take away or at least mask pain, but this stuff actually does just that. It works far better than a menthol pain patch. I prefer this over a few other big brands I have tried. This stuff will stay on through days of showering, sweating, etc. Read the included manual and apply per your requirements. It's not a cure all, but will unarguably take the edge off any joint or muscle pain, allowing you to train and go about your daily activities.

I have mixed feelings here...
Ok. I usually buy a name brand tape for use on a) a trigger finger, and b) and arthritic hand. Sometimes I pull an arm muscle lifting stuff up above my head, so I use it for that, too. I thought I would give this stuff a try. $25 for three rolls. They are precut. They are synthetic, not cotton; synthetic providing better support. (I think, though, polyester would be better than rayon, which this is.) They stick quite well. Maybe better than my usual tape. But......the edges fray badly. It is really annoying. And because of that I find myself changing the strips more often than I would with my usual tape. Like every day. Also, the little honeycomb design on them is NOT woven in. It is placed on. Meaning it comes off. In pieces. It essentially is a bit of fluff the manufacturer added on which is basically useless. So I would not recommend this tape. Edit: Added picture. the tape has been on my hand three hours. You can see where it frays, and also where the sticky stuff sort of melts onto the skin. I don't know if you can see the honeycomb peeling off.

Love this stuff
I’ve been using tapes on a daily basis for almost three years now. I’ve tried all of them and most have their own unique pros and cons. I’ve not tried this one on my ribs or knees (or anywhere other than my wrist) so I can’t comment on the elasticity or the glue residue. For my wrist application, I use a piece of gauze underlay. This tape feels stronger and it’s self-adherence as well as to gauze is impressive. Absolutely love the kickass can it comes in...will buy again. Again, this review only applies to wrapping it around my wrist. One thing that is also unique to at least my batch of rolls is that I must cut each segment from the roll; if I don’t, there will be strings of adhesive that will stretch, break off and float away like a spider web. I cut all brands anyway as I’ve found each brand separates differently. I’ve not experienced any fraying of the material.

none of the ends have pulled up like competitive products
I am a regular user of Kinesiology tape and have tried several brands before trying FlexU. It is considerably cheaper and I had reservations at first. This is now my “go to” product. FlexU appears to be thinner than similar products. It has a patterned texture, which really doesn’t set it apart from competitors. However, it can be stretched to a firmer support than others. After two workouts, a shower, and sleeping overnight, none of the ends have pulled up like competitive products. No, soap didn’t work it’s way under the support area and diminish its effectivness. It works better and holds better. I definitely would recommend FlexU and I will purchase it again.

Bon produit
C est ma première expérience avec ce genre de bande. Elle colle et tient bien et ne se docolle pas toute seule. Elle se decolle bien sans laisser de résidu. Soulage l articulation.
