Love it
Little decalibrated It has been like 3 mts and this product was working good , but suddenly the measurements start to go very high , o have to go to the pharmacy all the time to take my blood pressure measurement due to this product is giving me the wrong readings , and when I said wrong they are like 40 units difference from the one of the pharmacy or my doctor , any advise ? I know the time to return has expired but is úseless for me now , any advise ,?

One problem
The grey cord that extends from the cuff to the machine is so short it almost guarantees dragging the machine onto the floor AS you're using it. I haven't yet but the user shouldn't have to be so awful careful. The cord would be a lot less of a pain if they added twelve inches of length.

Reliability issues
Worked for two weeks then quit. It’s hard to find one that plugs in instead of battery powered. Very frustrating and disappointing.

setting time and date
I have tried several times to set the date and time on the monitor but can no get either time or date to come up. Looked for some customer support but couldn't find a phone number, It gave a support web but no help..
