It didn't come next day as promised when ordering. At first the delivery company said it would arrive the next day. Then they changed it to Monday. Then I got a message telling me to choose a day, and the earliest day was Tuesday. This left me sleeping on a mattress with springs sticking out for 4 days after the promised date. The mattress itself is very comfortable. It was very bumpy the first night, but has settled by the second. It's not too soft that you sink into it and not too hard that it feels like you're sleeping on a bed of bricks. I suffer from back pain ever since I had a nasty accident. At the moment, it seems to be supporting it well. I'm not waking in as much pain as of yet. I've been sleeping on the mattress a little over a week now. The double size fits the bed base well and it is a little higher than my previous mattress, which stops me having to stoop so much to get on or off it. It seems to be keeping the heat between the mattress and the duvets. No body heat seems to be escaping. It seems to be more memory foam than it is coiled springs, which is good because there is less chance of the springs breaking through the mattress before normal wear and tear happens over the years. The springs seem to be there fir support only, but they do a good job at doing so. When first unpacking it, the noise it made when the air was getting into it made me think I accidentally bought an inflatable bed. Do not be fooled by this. It grows in size quite quickly. I highly recommend this mattress. If you have the time and room to do so , I would advise you to let it settle for a night once unpacked before putting it on your bed. I regretted buying it on night one, but I learnt that was my fault for not allowing it to settle. I was, and still an, very happy I bought it from night 2. I bought it in the Black Friday sale with a good discount, but I would still recommend it at full price if you can afford it. If they send it out by ArrowXL, don't set your expectations on receiving it the following day. That's my only negative.

I’m very happy with the purchase - great mattress! Easy to unwrap, it took shape in no time and was ready to use pretty much straight away. Comfortable, with a good support and firmness.

Lovely mattress, bought for my grandson to sleep on so not actually used it yet but sure it will be comfy. Feels very padded not too hard nd not too soft

This mattress is fantastic quality. It is very deep, very supportive and an extremely comfortable mattress. It feels very sturdy and has improved my sleep a lot. It was very easy to set up. It comes densely wrapped in a roll. Its surprising it fits into the box! All you do is cut the packaging off carefully and then it springs into shape. I let it rise for 72 hours to make sure it was completely settled, and it has been fantastic ever since. I have had this mattress for about 5 months now, and I have absolutely no complaints.

Finally I have good sleep, it’s wonderful quality and I recommend to this to everyone.

Great product, especially for the money. Got one for my son, went back for 2 more for the rest of the family. Very supportive and comfortable.

I downsized from my double to a single bed as the big mattress was too heavy for me to manage any more. I was quite apprehensive about a new mattress as the old one was very comfortable but after seeing the reviews for this, I took the plunge and am so happy I did. It's only now after sleeping on it for a few months that I realised how much better my body feels. I'm getting a good night's sleep and the mattress is feather light compared to the old one, so a very good buy for me. I also have to mention that the packaging was very good - due to my reluctance to finally give up my old bed, this sat in my garage for some months over the winter but it came out totally unaffected. All in all, I'm very happy to recommend.
