After using this for a couple of weeks, I can feel the difference it is making, helping to keep my gums healthy.

This mouthwash saved me when I had gingivitis for the first time and I was totally panicked and feeling helpless. I came across this at a Dollar General while emergency shopping for anything that would help me, and it worked for me, now I buy the big bottles here on Amazon. I believe the bottle when it says it improves gum health. It is on the harsh side so it does sting and burn and it also stains my teeth a dark color, but my dental hygienist is able to remove those stains during my cleanings.
