When I first became a parent, I thought a diaper cream spatula was one of those baby products that wasn't really necessary. After using one, I completely changed my mind. This Bumco Baby Bum Brush makes applying diaper cream much cleaner, faster, and easier, especially during those frequent diaper changes in the newborn stage. I like that I can apply a thick barrier cream exactly where it's needed and simply wipe the brush clean afterward. It feels much more hygienic than dipping my fingers into the cream every time. It stands upright on the changing table, keeping the applicator clean and within easy reach during diaper changes. While it's certainly possible to apply diaper cream with your fingers, I found this to be a much cleaner and more convenient option. As much as I love and rely on reviews, I must admit, I don’t generally write them. I love this product so much that I felt compelled. Firstly, I love the story behind this product. When I received it and read the package, I knew it was developed by a mother who believed in what she had created. It’s just indispensable. If you’ve ever tried to apply diaper cream with your fingers, you’ll know that it’s just messy. Diaper cream is a product designed to stay put; so trying to remove it can be a little difficult. Especially around the nail bed. If your little one squirms? You‘ll find it has spread to every surface in a three foot radius. Not only does the Baby Bum Brush keep your hands clean, it’s application is so precise. It really allows you to evenly coat the affected areas with so much control. The flexibility and thin profile helps you to get diaper cream into all the little folds and crevices with ease. I’ve also found that you tend to use a lot less cream to achieve the desired results. It’s impossible to get such an even and thin layer of product using your fingers. I appreciate the suction cup at the bottom. It allows you to stick it in place while you try to re-diaper a squirmer without risking a mess. Speaking of messes, it’s so easy to clean! A couple swipes with a wipe and you’re done. Really. It’s that easy! I have two sets and have to keep talking myself out of buying a third. (Just in case.) We keep one in the nursery, one in our diaper changing kit on the first floor, one in the diaper bag and one at my parents for when they have the baby. I plan to buy every new parent I know a set. It will be one of the most useful baby products you own.

I love these spatula's. They make diaper changing much easier and less messy! I used them 4 years ago with my first daughter and now I'm using them again for my second. I kept most of my stuff from my first including these. They work so well, wash well and overall I won't go without them. It eliminates me from having to dig into the paste and apply it with my hand making things messier. This pack comes with a larger one which is great for home and awesome for as the baby gets bigger. The smaller one I like to use for the newborn stage and for travel. The smaller one comes with a travel case for hygiene convenience. Both suction to whatever surface you put it on, we put it on top of the ointment container and the top of the dresser that we use as a changing table.

I bought this for my grandson, as it was very difficult to stick my arthritic fingers in the small diaper cream jar, and I hated getting it under my nails. It's more hygienic to use and very easy to clean! Great purchase!

I've changed thousands of diapers in my life, maybe tens of thousands, and after Five times of using my hand to put cream on a tush I stumbled upon these. I was gifted this during my baby shower and I honestly thought I would never use it (I had no issue in my mind with applying diaper cream to my baby’s bottom with my bare hand). A few weeks postpartum I was getting annoyed of having diaper cream getting stuck under my nails or on the diaper/babies clothing bc I didn’t wipe the cream off my fingers fast enough or good enough during a change- so, I gave this a try. Now I use it every single time I apply diaper cream to my baby’s bottom. I love it so much that I bought an extra one for upstairs and a mini one for the diaper bag. It makes application of diaper cream much easier and no more mess w/diaper cream getting everywhere. It also has a suction cup on the bottom which is helpful and all I do is wipe off the excess baby cream with a wipe after a change. Plus, let’s be real, sometimes after a diaper change you don’t get the chance to go wash your hands right away, so this has been great for that as well. My husband also uses it to get a good slather of diaper cream on the babies bottom and appreciates not having to get the diaper cream on his hands as well. Highly recommend!

As someone who really hates getting baby creams under my nails since it feels like it never fully comes out with cleaning, this was the best purchase. It's easy to clean and applies gently even on a red bum. It took out the most gross part of nappy changes for me so I'd recommend it to everyone I can.

I absolutely love this product, putting zincofax on my baby's bum makes it feel like I'm icing a cake. I don't get my hands dirty anymore, no more cream in my nails, and super efficient to gauge how much cream I'm using and avoiding putting too much. Soft on the skin, easy to use, cheap and will last a lifetime unless we misplace it - oh wait, we won't because the little suction cup at the bottom sticks right on top of the aquafor and zincofax tubs. Fantastic, looked like a dumb gimmick but now it's a must have for the wife and I. I've literally bought 4 of them and given them to my 4 expecting friends in the last year.

Every parent should have one; no mess on your fingers and makes applying bum cream easy. We bought these for friends becoming new parents as a must have.
