Truth be told, this is not for someone with minimal carpentry skills. It's like Ikea on steroids However, if you do have some skills, read the instruction a couple times and take the time to sort and label the pieces ( It took 20 mins to measure each piece and write the dimensions on blue masking tape and saved hours) it is a really good kit. Trust the fact that the engineers and designers know better than you, it went together perfect. The pieces were all cut accurate.

This is not a simple DIY kit as advertised. The pieces are badly cut and don’t line up well, no floor was included (thank you Amazon for the credit so we could buy materials to build one), the instructions are awful and come buried in the kit so you have to unwrap the entire kit to get to them, and the truss supports are minimal with a few cross braces. We will have to support the roof better to even climb on it to add the shingles. My husband has advanced building skills and we are regretting this purchase. You are better off finding a plan, purchasing the materials, and building a shed from scratch. Don’t buy this kit.

Well, the concept is a great idea instructions I’m not as clear as I had hoped. You have to have some knowledge of how construction actually works to understand what order you need to do things in and definitely inventory all of your pieces before you start and mark them half the stuff is not stamped.

Apart from some inept delivery people, this shed build was a delight from start to finish. The materials provided were high quality and the project instructions were detailed and clear. You hit a home run with this project duct, Amazon! Kudos to Happy Homes for a high quality product!

Would have given 5 stars but the delivery guys were horrible! They just threw everything out of the truck. We were lucky nothing was damaged. Shed went together pretty easy and with no issues. We love it! Great size. Bought it in December 2022 and got a really great price too.

Very misleading . At the time I am writing this the description states floor is included and in the extras you will require only list shingles and paint. When the product gets to you however the instructions tell you they don’t include the full floor. This shed also comes in a million pieces everything is measured and cut but beyond that you are actually building the entire structure so only needing a couple of household tools is kinda a stretch in my opinion. (included picture of actual tools required) The quality doesn’t look that great either the materials appear to be very low quality. I can’t speak on the completed structure though as the people at Amazon were great in helping me facilitate a return. This is not a product I would recommend and if you decide you want it be prepared that you will basically be building from scratch.

Where do we begin. Delivery not scheduled as indicated and drivers had to shimmy off truck using hand trucks and drop it the last few feet onto the driveway. Would have just left it wherever if I wasn't there (I happened to be home when they arrived) . PS, once it's placed you aren't moving it as the skid weighs about 1700#. If you aren't super handy DON'T buy this kit. The instructions are not super clear and don't include the option to install the door and windows on the 16' side. When we called they couldn't find anything to send so we were told to just figure it out with the remaining pieces (that wasn't super difficult but it is marketed that way so they should have the instructions). Many of the boards were warped which makes assembly very difficult. Gable design is awful and we had to beef it up to make it work. The whole kit is basically a giant puzzle. We assembled everything before starting to put it together (walls, trusses and gable ends) which made the build go faster, but there was a ton of time monkeying around with warped boards not lining up for assembly. Took about 6-7 hours for final assembly (not including roofing or doors/windows) once it was all prepped. Will say Amazon Customer service following the build, was very helpful.

This shed came out incredible! I put it up in 2 days by myself, including the floor (which was not included). Amazon did give me a credit to go to home depot and buy the floor lumber, screws, etc. I only had to trim a tiny bit off of maybe 4 boards, everything else was cut to perfection. If you can read a tape measure have half a brain, this is a fun weekend project. Highly recommended!
