Which size is best for using in bedroom?

None because I bought this product and I returned it. You can go to Joann's Fabric and get this faux mohair and cut out the shape yourself. I recognized the fabric because I used the exact same mohair fur fabric for my Halloween costume! There's no backing and it does not look like the picture at all!! Don't waste your time or money. I included a picture in my previous review.

Does beige color show dirt easily? i have 3 big dogs.

I have the blush color, also very light. It does show dirt, and it does not wash well, not even by hand. Very pretty over a chair or as an accent, though.

Can this be used in a bathroom aka rug for when you get out of the shower?

I would absolutely not use this as a bathroom rug, especially getting out of the shower. The rug has no anti slip application on the back and slides very easily.

Is this like a dusty rose pink, or just a light pink?

It's a blush pink - no dusty rose color in the one I received.
