Scholl Insoles Men's or Women's Sport Gel Active UK Shoe Size 7-12

I have a pair of ‘old faithful’ golf shoes which fit perfectly and are superb for using in the sludge and mud of a UK winter. I’ve had them about 20 years but the insoles were wearing a little thin and becoming uncomfortable to walk in. That’s why I chose the Gel Activ Sport insoles because I’m walking 6-8 miles every time I play. I have to say the gel elements on the heel, arch and ball of the foot were quite comfortable and I certainly could not feel the hard shoe underneath when I put them on for the first time. The insoles were a fraction smaller (width-wise) than my exiting insoles, but only by a small amount as you can see from the pictures. The length was perfect - and there’s guidelines on the back if you need to cut them down for a smaller shoe size. They went into the shoe very easily and held their position during my golf session- bear in mind that involves turning forces on the feet during the golf swing! They certainly absorbed the shock and held up well. My feet were comfortable during the golf round and I’m very pleased with these insoles, I would absolutely buy them again. One final note, the packet is very easy to open, I mention this because those sealed pack which you have to cut open are very frustrating, on this pack the back simply pulls away. Excellent!

These are great. They were out of stock initially so I bought some other brand hich were almost as expensive. I wont do that again the others were weirdly super floppy. Just buy these ones. The boot version has totally transformed my DeWalt work boots.

Theses are good insoles which adsorb pressure from activities. However, due to the slight lip on the side of the insole it could become uncomfortable in some situations. I have found that if I have the insole that came with my shoe on top of this insole you still get most of the added benefits apart from the oder shield. I also have other insole from this company which I do prefer.

I work daily about 7 miles in my job, these are the best insoles I have found for durability and comfort. I have purchased several pairs to help with pain relief of my heels and ease the every day issues. They are easy to use and cut to size to perform well. Quickly dispatched.

Didn't even need to cut it, fit in snuggly. Expected it to have torn by now but it's pretty good. The edges have frayed slightly near the balls of the feet but that's pure aesthetic for now and honestly if I had bothered to cut it half a size it wouldn't have mattered anyway. The gel at the sole is actually bigger than the one inside my gel rocket 11 so that's a plus. Can definitely feel a renewed bounce that's for sure. Great value for the price.

Initially, these insoles felt like they could be a good replacement for the original ones in my sneakers. However, they turned out to be much stiffer, and after just three runs, I started feeling pain in my heel. The discomfort only increased, so I decided to stop using them. Unfortunately, these insoles didn’t work for me, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable support during workouts or runs.

Trés bon produit et de qualité. Efficace, aprés les premiéres utilisations, une fois en place, trés confortable et soulage les douleurs des pieds et des talons.

Ya las llevo usando bastante tiempo con las botas de seguridad del trabajo, y el resultado es fantástico; son cómodas y muy duraderas, el último par me ha durado algo más de un año. Realmente merecen la pena, el pie está más descansado y menos sufrido.

I guess individual results may vary but copying my remaining inner sole (dog are the other one) was easy. Once in the shoes I forgot about them and walk like usual.
