Does 1 package has 4 buzzers in it?

Yes, it does. All of them have different sounds. They are great. I use them in my classes with about 30 students.

what sort of batteries are needed and are they supplied?

AAA and they are not supplied, at least they weren't with the set I bought.

Can these be attached/fixed to an activity board wall?

There aren’t any hooks at the back of the buzzer to nail to the a wall so I’m not sure how you could attach it. It’s best not to glue it to the activity board wall as you wouldn’t be able to change the battery and it might muffle the sound as it’s at the bottom of the buzzer
