Good flavour to your choice of paella.
Adds an authentic flavour to your choice of paella (meat/fish or veg). I first purchased this in Spain so when I needed more Amazon came good!

Lack in flavour
Flavour was not as strong as I’d like , had to use 2 sachets to get the flavour. Gave a good yellow saffron colour to the paella.

Easy paella!
I was surprised how good this is. I used my normal mixture of finely chopped onion softened in olive oil, then stirred in the rice to make translucent. I removed the heads and shells from my tiger prawns and boiled the heads etc for 5 minutes to create a prawn stock. I stirred in the seasoning mix and added this strained stock to the rice and peppers, mushrooms and shallots, simmered for <10 minutes, added the raw prawns and cooked for a further 2 minutes each side and made sure all th estock had been absorbed. The result was well received by my guests and by me!
