After installed a new m.2 ssd, you should format and partition it before use. You can use "Disk Management Tool" to format and partition the ssd, and then find it in Windows Explorer.

2. Does the graphite cooling sticker come with package?

Yes. Every S500pro nvme ssd comes with a graphite cooling sticker. The stinker is pasted on the ssd's top. Please must not remove it.

3. Does the S500pro m.2 ssd work on a ps5?

No. S500pro m.2 ssd is not compatitle with PS5.

4. Why the usable capacity of the ssd that displays on a computer is less than its actual capacity?

It is because different algorithm was adopted. Factory adopts Decimal. 1GB=1000MB=1000000KB. Computer system adopts Binary.1GB=1024MB=1048576KB. After tested, there is about 7% less if displays on a computer.
