I have bought this item for my wife as a Xmas present, we have taken it out of the box and this plug for this is not AU, there is nothing in the description that states what sort of plug this is, and now this has been a waste of money as we can’t use it

Good product. I had a smaller one and that one cracked after almost 3 years. I had no warranty because it was a present from my friend. Now i bought this one as a present for somebody and didn’t buy the cover. Because mine , the old one cracked i decided to keep this one for myself and now i have no covering for this one either. They do the job and i was very pleased with the first one. I will feel sorry if the red one will breakdown sooner than 2-3 years. With the small one 5 l bowl i was kneeding 1.5-2 kg of flour, most of the time 1 kg of flour. Baked bread every 3-4 days for the last 2 years so the mixer managed very well. Strong engine and good suction on the base so didn’t move at all. Very sturdy. Amazing 👍 Only thing I recommend is to buy cover for 3 years. In case something happens you will be covered.

I bought it for my other half, and it's that good, that I've put on loads of weight after eating all her lovely fluffy cakes. It's one he'll of a good machine 😁

This is 1 amazing large powerfull cake mixer i have used names brands and this beats them all, very easy to use and easy to clean not to mention its looks amazing too.....not as noisey as other brands and various speeds, packaged really well & preforms like a well known kitchen brand.....if not better👌
