Does this fit all car seats? We bought the baby trend car seat

NO this should never be used in a car seat. Only use what came with your car seat.

Does this fit Chicco Liteway stroller?

Yes, it fits Chicco Liteway stroller

How long did you use this in the stroller?

You use both liners for newborn until inner liner is too tight/small. Then you use the larger outer liner by itself. Together they last quite awhile and keep the neck from flopping around. Worthwhile product.

Does it fit on Babyzen Yoyo2?

I would say yes. Looking at your stroller its a standard fit.
