I’ve been using this for years. This stuff really does work but the amount is super important. When the instructions say to take one tablet per serving I find that to be quite a joke: With any substantial meal containing things like onions, garlic, broccoli, etc I find I need to take between 5-8 pills. At that dose the effects are remarkable and can usually make the difference between misery and comfort for many hours after the meal. But one pill dues absolutely nothing. And the difference is really a step function between 3-4 pills doing little to nothing vs sufficiently more. It is not gradual. It really seems to be a threshold. Not sure why this is but it is.

I use these fairly regularly, any time I eat something, well, possibly gassy. Works great for me. I used to buy the huge bottle of 300 or 500 count, but honestly I couldn't use them before they expired, so I think this bottle of 150 is perfect for me. No taste. Really small capsules. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. First of all if you're comparing the value of these per count to the value of Bino don't lose sight of the fact that there's only 2/3 of the active ingredient in each of these pills so they are not less expensive than Beano. I don't find these as easy to swallow either. They're not large but their shape is not as conducive to swallowing a few of them as the Beano shape is. I've returned to my old standard which is Equate capsules for this purpose. Great price for a good quantity

I developed a wheat intolerance over the past few years and once I finally discovered that this was the root of all my digestive problems, went wheat free and have been for about 6 months now. While I feel tremendously better, I've always been a stickler for getting enough fiber and it's extremely difficult for me to get enough now without eating gas-inducing foods like beans and lentils. I do love them but like most people, my stomach doesn't. I'd been using Gas-x prevention for a while with great results until the Novartis recalls. Moved to Beano, which works fine but I have to take more of them and it was becoming really expensive. I hesitated on buying these for a while because the packaging and product description just look pretty sketchy to me but because the price is so much cheaper than Beano and there are so many good reviews, I decided to try it out. Glad I took the plunge because this works great. I might even go so far as to say that these work better than Beano. I don't get gas at all as long as I take it right before I start eating any foods that I know will cause it. Sure, there are a few reviews saying it doesn't work at all, just as there are with every other product in existence. Even when used correctly, not everything works for 100% of people...there will always be a handful that defy the typical results. Sucks to be those people but you can't blame the product for that.

This stuff is great. It's vegan and more affordable than Beano. Due to some digestive issues, I had to stop eating beans and other gas causing foods. For a vegan, that's hard, and it didn't leave much for me to eat,in the way of protein. I was worried that this might impact the nutritional profile of the foods I eat, but it turns out that the enzymes help to digest the food and make the nutrients more available for our bodies to use. I'm very happy with this product
